It's everything wrong with modern comics, taken TO THE EXTREME. It's Identity Crisis on steroids, but done in such a self-aware way that it's got moments of absolute brilliance, like that Green Arrow / Harley Quinn teamup.

So I just got done watching The Ultimate Avengers and Ultimate Avengers 2, and now I have 2 questions I'm curious about.

1) When Iron Man says "revert power from life support," is he talking about the energy from his heart, or something else?

2) Did anybody in the Marvel Universe ever beat the Hulk in a regular fight? I watched the movie and
seeing everyone in the Avengers lose against the Hulk, and only being saved by the antidote
, made me curious. So does that ever happen in a regular fight in any comics?

Also an extra question, is their any worthwhile Marvel animated movies to watch except the 2 I mentioned and Hulk vs Wolverine?

Sorry for so many questions but that movie made me crave answers and some more movies.

It's a merchandise tie-in to a fighting game, so the heroes are behaving very irrationally and OOC so that there's an excuse for their fighting each other in-game. In other words, as mind-numbingly stupid as the story is, it's doing exactly what it's supposed to and some folks are okay with that.

ANXM 10 was pretty great as usaul I'm glad I gave this series a chance it's become my favorite of Marvel Now.

Indestrucible Hulk 6: Now this is that shit I do like Waid nails the dialouge and naration in this issue and Simonson nails the scale and action through the action panels.

Thanos Rising: Meh, Thanos as a sympathetic charcter seems forced in this story, I have to agree with the IGN review stating there making him like Darth Vader in the prequels.

Only read ANXM #10 & The Last of Us last night while I have to tackle GA #19 & Deadpool #7 tonight.

As for the Hawkeye previews, so we have the Work Wife & Friend Girl... Can't wait read about the Ex-Wife & Kate.

I don't remember who brought it up in the March thread, but thanks for recommending Prince of Cats. It's a weird mix of Shakespeare, hip-hop culture, ninja fighting, and sci-fi, but it's great. The art is perfect and the fact that everyone speaks in iambic pentameter while still being relevant to the story is amazing.

It's not only the fact that it's a throwback story, it's that most everything in the issue is completely ridiculous. To the extent that I couldn't stop laughing the entire time I was reading the book.

I feel that every time a non-Thor character picks up Mjolnir, Thor becomes that less special.

But you're not gonna get Walt fricken' Simonson on your Hulk book and NOT have him draw Hulk smashing Frost Giants and shit with Mjolnir, so...

I thought it was fucking rad. Best issue so far.
Really interested to see how that portal sent them back in time. Great way tie in to Simonson's legendary run.

I have a digital code for the first person who quotes me.
