That costume's a bit boring, to be honest. Still, the potential Spider-Army idea sounds somewhat interesting, if not goofy and shamelessly aping off of DC.

I'm reading IDW's Dungeons and Dragons comic series again. Love this book, when are they going to continue it again, it's the most fun D&D I've ever read.

RiP to Carmine Infantino though, sad to say I've not read any comics he's drawn far as I can remember =(

O________O Surprising, especially since Snyder just introduced Harper Rowe too. How long before Watchmen characters make their way to the new 52? I don't think it's going to get me to buy Batman and Robin again though.

Maybe we're an awful cross reference of how comic sales go versus the general reader populace, but the cover gimmick did not, in any way, change what books I'd buy/read this month. You, GAF?

They fold out, bought bought bought. Bendis can have March as long as Hickman wins when Infinity stuff comes out.

I think Tomasi said it was definitely Clark. The color scheme in the note (blue paper, yellow sticky, red ink) was supposed to be the give away.

Why are they bringing Carrie Kelley into the new 52 instead of just using Harper Row? Weird.

I should be thinking "modern day Batman Beyond," but instead I just keep thinking "DC version of the Black Panther."

I didn't know that they switched characters, though. Might start reading it now.

Comic superstars everywhere in this bitch. Though I long for the day where it accounts for actual books sold and not Diamond, since there are oodles of unsold GotG and AoU books at shops.

more importantly it does look like Batman Superman is going to be a 3.99 book without a back-up feature. DC's first book to break their previous line? Superman Unchained looks to drop from 4.99 to 3.99 with a back-up feature despite the page count not listing it.

There's no MAJOR crossover right now; AoU is pretty well self contained until whatever happens at the end. Hickman's Infinity might be a big event involving a bunch of books though. And there are a lot of small cross-book stories going on, like the Avengers books, and ANXM and UXM.

Only Marvel books I'm reading atm are Daredevil and currently Deadpool. Not interested in reading anything Bendis atm.

Speaking of which, looks like the next DP issue's gonna take place during the EXTREME 90S!

Hickman said Infinity will be on the scale of Fear Itself as far as crossovers are concerned. I skipped that event so I'm not sure what that means.

Is the new GotG pretty intro-friendly? I haven't read any GotG stuff before, so would I have issues coming into this?

Also, didn't like the last issue of Deadpool. Like, I enjoyed the setting and art, but I kinda felt the humour felt flat. :(

The only real crossover event right now is X-Termination, which is going on in Astonishing X-Men, Xtreme X-Men (cancelled and the last issue was part of this event), and Age Of The Apocalypse (ditto). And I guess with the latter two books now canned, it's not even a crossover anymore, lol. It's not really a good story anyway.

Yes, definitely. The last time I read anything with GoTG was when the book was about the old 31st century alternate reality team and I had no trouble picking the new series up. Just make sure to read the 0.1 issue.
