The Oz Effect is about the true identity of Mr. Oz, a hooded guy who showed up towards the start of the New 52 and stayed in the shadows while keeping Superman under watch. In DC Rebirth #1 he confronted Superdad after Superman's death and said the Kent family have no idea what they are. He kidnapped a bunch of characters like Doomsday, Tim Drake etc. After Superman Reborn he has become more active and stepped out of the shadows. Now Clark and Lex wants to know who this guy is and confront him(he might still be free by the end of this crossover).

The meeting of the smartest men of two worlds is going to happen in Johns' Doomsday Clock.

Ah! See, back when I read Rebirth one, I just kinda ignored everything I didn't understand, which included Dr. Oz and Superman stuff. I had no idea that he was the one that took Tim Drake until yesterday!

Local shop is doing the lenticulars. This is why Marvel do it. It's a small shop who shouldn't do it.

The Joaquim issue of Lazarus was as interesting as it was sad. Sort of the way with Lazarus. I appreciated that the characters' features looked Mexican, not just white with slightly darker colouring. I so love Joaquim. Tragic things do not look good for him.

Only a couple issues of Motor Girl left. I'm curious to see how the two plot threads intersect.

Digitally it looks like nothing. Since the second edition an oversized hardcover edition

I finally hunted down a cheap copy of the Bendis Secret War OHC, which more or less took Nick Fury of the grid.
I really love the book and all these SHIELD files with which it comes, it really make it feel like you hacked into Furys personal files.
Also, I love the story. Its reallly well done with all the flashbacks and really reads like a fun spy story.
And damn. The art. To bad that Dell Otto doesnt do any Marvel art despite when the european branch needs a cover for some stupid ass translateded bookseries or something. Dude is even better then esad ribic.
