Chip's Spidey #1 wasn't bad but it was only funny enough to make me smirk a bit. If the story with
starts going anywhere I might pick it back up but I am dropping for now because the book is like 99% meh quips.

I would guess the Abouslute Edtion is only a physical book. Maybe they will release trades or single issues that are inside the Abouslute Edtion on Comixology.

Marvel has announced their Legacy announcement for tomorrow. Weird to do this after the solicit for the main issue is out. DC at least streamed the whole Rebirth announcement from a con while announcing teams and bringing them up on stage to talk about their books.

Joker can't laugh without his punchline (killing Batman), Riddler can't live without answering his greatest riddle (killing Batman). They know the one can't do other other, cause that'd defeat their purpose. So they fight.
Damn, never read an Aquaman comic, but Aquaman #25 was killer. Love the artist, so I decided to pick it up, and I'm glad the story is just as good.

JJ and GotG are safe. Unsure how well Gwenpool has sold but it's getting renumbered(AKA getting the Howard backups added to its number)so it's probably safe.
Guardians and Gwenpool aren't going anywhere. Jessica Jones could probably go either way with Bendis doing Defenders.
It's a one-shot leading into an initiative that will be making changes to the line.
Am I supposed to know why no one knows Daredevil's identity or is that a later reveal? I'm on issue 4 of the current run.

They're connected but Legacy and the books are the ones being treated as the jumping on point. Like how you weren't expected to read the Death of New 52 Superman story.
Yeah, according to Marvel they'll be taking a break from big events, so no linewide stories taking everything over.

soules run isn't half as good as waid/bru/etc but still enjoyable as it goes...that first new villain was terrible though. the current arc seems like the best one yet so far.
yeah it was literally the last arc before this one so you'll know when you get there
as far as putting genies back in the bottle it's far better than say One More Day but still not great

I blame spencer for needing like.11 chapters to tell a story - we did this with secret war bleeding all over ANAD in the early months but that was Hickman at least...and I say that as someone still enjoying secret empire so far

Generations will basically be setting up stuff for those characters in Legacy.
