Is mass effect coming to ea play in general or just game pass?

Primarily it's coming to EA Play, but since EA pass games also come to game pass ultimate, it's one and the same for now.

And because it's coming to EA play, it means that it will most likely remain on the service permanently ie no risk of it getting removed 6 to 10 months from the service now.

I totally get you, I still haven't played psychonauts 2 even though it's been sitting on my dash for almost half a year now.

I just finished TLoU2, Halo CE and about third of the way through Psychonauts 1. Also going through It Takes Two with a friend. After i plan to play Psychonauts 2, Halo 2 and perhaps Far Cry 5 after completing ITT as the next coop game.

If you look at the graphic it shows the EA Play icon which means it’s coming to EA Play which is bundled with GPU so it’s in these announcements. Basically any EA game included is simply EA Play additions

Glad to see Outer Wilds get added for PC. I know it was on console before but I will finally get to play this game. Had it on my wishlist and almost bought it because of Winter sales.

Not too sure about the rest. Well I have played the ME Trilogy and have no desire for the legendary.

I tried playing Outer Wilds last time it was on Game Pass and it didn't click. The controls were awful for me. Maybe I'll give it another shot. Any recommendations on how to get started in the game? Once I blasted off I had no idea what to do or where to go.

It’s a game where you have to read and investigate stuff by yourself to some extent, it doesn’t hold your hand that much. It’s very rewarding but takes a bit of effort.

Also once you take off check your journal, it tells you where to start.

Thanks, dint know they combined ea play with gamepass on xbox. But good to know that it will also come to ea play on playstation . Almost wanted to buy it couple of days ago

Will definitely play Mass Effect 1 and 2. Gonna give The Pedestrian and Gorogoa a try later tonight. Probably will play Anacrusis with my boys when it comes out. Should be good for at least a few hours of co-op fun.

See...now THERE'S a perfect example of digital doing it right. Just picked up Blue Dragon for 4.99. I never owned that game or a RRoD60. Now I can play that game on my Series S. It might have a spec bump, but it's going to UNDOUBTEDLY load faster thanks to the SSD, and I get it at the cost of a rental. Thanks for the heads up!

EDIT- Lost Odyssey, too. Only 1.24 more than Blue Dragon. Absolute steals!

Okay, thanks for the tip. I was thinking of following a walkthrough. It sounds like I would miss out on some of the magic of the game if I did that.

ME1 didn’t enforce the fear that ME2, and ME3 did. It’s fair to say Saren is good though but he didn’t enforce fear like the collectors and the reapers. ME1 fans want you to believe ME2, and ME3 don’t exist.

Glad to see Outer Wilds back on there, didn't have the time for it when it was on GP previously and now I can play it for the first time then go straight to the DLC. ME Legendary will be fun to replay 1&2 after so long, but is low priority over many other things.

Going to play and finish Ghost of a Tale before it leaves, that game was on my radar for a long time but life has just been too crazy to get around to it until now. Mount and Blade going to give a try and buy with the discount if it resonates.

Ea play is included with ultimate. You get all of the benefits of ea games in the library and the 10 hour trials to new EA games and so on

You don't need anything over GPU.

Just wait till the 6th, that's when the game officially comes to EA PLAY / Game Pass. You can download and play it then.

I'm assuming that EA: Legendary is going into EA's vault? I don't think I've seen any game get removed after it goes in there so in theory it should be around for good and not a timed thing. Of course EA could change what they've been doing with their vault so far.

ME2 was all about adjustments and offends ME1 hardcore fans. ME3 is my favorite.

Oh man, you are in for a treat. It's one of the best trilogies of acclaimed RPGs.

And you get to play a more fuller version of ME3. Us plebs had to go through the original ME3 with its abrupt ending and had to wait for the DLC content to add more to the game.

It’s live on PC GP now. If you haven’t confgured the EA client it will ask you to install it but it worked fine for me when I installed it.

Have fun with ME Legendary, replaying it at 60 fps on XSX was a blast, and having access to all the ME3 DLCs makes a huge difference.

Yes, as someone who was there at the games launch. Revisiting the game with all the DLC is an excellent end to the trilogy.

On the other hand, it made me realize how ridiculous the amount of content cut from the game to be added as DLC was. It’s absurd that the Leviathan DLC is required to understand

something that you’d expect to find out in the main game. And it’s known that the DLC was voiced at the same time as the main game.

That being said the quality of the DLC (especially the Citadel and Omega) is fantastic.
