It says Free+ so I don't know what that means. Maybe they have some kind of activation microtransaction shit. I'll look at it later when I get home.

No, it's good for Game Pass, I've never beat more games than when I did this.

The problem of lack of motivation because of too much choice is removed. You can decide that a game is leaving…is it worth crushing my free time? If so, you get it done. If not, never is OK at that point. It's just not worth your time even with a good deadline.

But overall, I felt positive about playing games like that.
