Conflicting reports: Lil Wayne critical or doing fine. Sizzurp is still bad for you.

I'm confused... why would the record label and its associated peoples not only deny this, but actively try to make people think otherwise? What do they gain from that?
Mostly because they don't actually know what's going on themselves (maybe Mack Maine/Birdman, but the rest nope), but they want to give fans hope, and are probably hoping themselves that he's going to be okay. You think they'd get on twitter and say "Weezy bout to skraight up die y'all, pray 4 him"?

I don't even want to think about Lil' Wayne dying young...hip-hop stations will play nothing but his stuff for a week straight, he'll be compared to Biggie/Tupac, and I may just vomit everywhere as a result.

I'm not sure how I missed this, but this is probably the most frightening scenario I've heard in the past week or two.

Yes, even more frightening then that chimpanzee attack story in that infamous thread. My local station has a Weezy track on six times out of ten. Two of those other ten times, it's a song FEATURING Weezy.

PULL THROUGH SO I'M NOT SUBJECTED TO MORE OF THIS

The fact that TMZ has not updated its site in so long (considering they are getting some serious hits right now) I gotta imagine they screwed up here.

This omg this. I can't believe people nut ride him so hard. His shit is whack

Dude ... Wayne may be fake in the sense that he portrays himself as straight thug. But c'mon, he ain't as bad as mother fuckers like Jay. Sorry I will get shit on for this. But whatever. Wayne is not as bad if you wanna get all dramatic and shit. Way worse ppl in hiphop out there who are fake as fuck.
