Court set to rule on Apple vs Samsung case in a few minutes

Justice has been served. It was blatantly obvious anyway, only a diehard fan would claim otherwise.

This will be a major hit to S. Korea too. Samsung Group -of which Samsung Electronics makes up about 50% of all its revenues- makes up 20% of S. Korea's economy.

That was all in development years prior with capacitive screens. Hell, there was even a big debate with resistive vs capacitive back in the day because of accuracy vs multi-touch.

As much as I love my iPhone and iPad and believe them to be far superior to Andriod alternatives, I was really hoping all these ridiculous patents get thrown in the garbage and this is the first step in the entire patent system undergoing an overhaul.

It's insane the ridiculous number of tech software patents out there for obvious things.

Nevertheless, given how things turned out, I really really really wish Steve Jobs lived long enough to see his last wish come true (to destroy Andriod OS), and to see Apple's stock finally overtake Microsoft's all time record.

Calling for long-time, quality posters to be banned is...you're in too fucking deep. Come up for air, because you're fucking drowning in bitterness.
 
You're on crack if you think he is not allowed to post a private message. Who ever said they were bound to secrecy?
 
I'm 99% sure I've seen people banned on GAF for posting PM's, but it's been a while and I can't remember if that's a hard and fast/consistent rule, or if it was something specific to those cases (I think it was always on the Gaming side). Regardless of how hilarious it is (I don't know why you would both putting someone on ingnore and doing that, since you wouldn't see a reply PM) I would probably edit that out. Also even if you think he's an idiot, still kind of a dick move.

That's what's amazing. It's like people are willfully ignoring all the internal Samsung documents that explicitly read like an instruction manual on how to make their phones more like iPhones. The level of cognitive dissonance required to try to pretend that Samsung didn't outright copy the iPhone is beyond me.
