Boiled crawfish are fucking delicious. All you squares are missing out. Do it op. I'm having a family crawfish boil on my birthday later this month.

How does crawfish compare to lobster in flavor? If it's close then you should totally go if you think you can win the all you can eat challenge.

Also I haven't factored Covid into a decision since all the old people got vaccinated.

If you like em, sure. There'll probably plenty of pent up craziness on display.

To me, I will never eat such a disgusting thing unless it's to prevent starving, so I wouldn't.

As per food - I love the crawfish or all sorts of shellfish - shrimp, lobster, crabs etc. In living in NE, it's rather hard to find a good joint that sells New Orleans style of crawfish up here.
I also love New England Clambake too. A little more variety of seafood in there, but no crawfish.

But covid is another matter though. I still don't really go to restaurants, as I'm not much of eat-out person. (Anything that's high in animal protein is way too expensive to eat out often)
If I really wanted some - I would take some home... but that would defeat "all you can eat" and "not having to clean after" part...

Never had crawfish before but the whole crawfish boil thing sounds like a great time. Hangout, drink beers, eat a ton of food and bullshit with people? Sign me up.

It's definitely on my list of things to do when I go to Louisiana next. I would definitely go.

Great price for the amount of food. I'd do it. last night went to Juicy Grab love it but 40 bucks for all that, killer deal get few beers and social environment after being secluded for so long.

Crwafish are delicious, I'd definitely go. Theres a lot of crawfish restaurants here in China that I've regularly eaten at.

Looks like one of those foods that's just a fucking hassle to eat imo, I like to eat food that doesn't require me to work to get at it plus the amount of meat per amount of effort to get at it just doesn't look like a good ratio to me

never had shellfish in my life except like 3 or 4 pieces of shrimp like 14 years ago. i feel like I'm missing out i wanna try lobster

It doesn't taste much at all like a proper Maine lobster. I find crawfish very bland honestly , mostly because its a fresh water animal vs Lobster which are seafood. Not to mention there is almost no meat on the things . Pain in the ass to peel and eat. Lobster aren't exactly easy to eat but they taste way better , have actual amounts of meat, and can fill you up with 2 or 3. Crawfish are soooooo overrated.
Crawfish you have to add all sorts of spices and everything to get some flavor. Lobster you literally boil in water and they have such amazing flavor only a little butter is needed if at all.
