Part of the idea for that was that it's too slow on the weekends, so do we want two days out of three for the night faze to be on the weekend? Might it be better to start on Sunday, so that there are two days of night faze during the week?

Night phase doesn't involve more than a few PMs, so it should be ok.

Sorry if I'm interrupting but I've a question, is this a Text Adventure Game RPG based off the Danganronpa horror games? Are Text Adventure threads generally allowed on GAF? I thought about making one before but I thought it'd get instantly locked. ALso, why isn't it in the gaming thread? Many games are text only. Or is it counted as a literature thing? X_X

It's a forum game, based on the party game "Mafia." (Or "Werewolf.")
Basically everyone gets roles and are aligned to one of at least two parties, then they spend their discussions trying to decide who to kill, so that one side comes out victorious.

I'm fairly sure that GAF text adventure threads are allowed, I distinctly remember seeing one a few years back, although I didn't participate myself. I'm fairly sure they were in Off-Topic (this was prior to Community), though.

You signed up after the games filled up, so you're on the waiting list. I think Crab has that list... but I can't find it in that sign-up thread.
Dammit Crab, get it together man.
Depending on how many people are on that list, you'll be called on to substitute if someone drops out, though not necessarily for this game.

You just missed the games, but you're second on the waiting list so if you're lucky, you can get in as a replacement if someone drops out. We had three drop-outs last round from forty-eight, so your odds are good if you stick around as we have sixty-nine this time.

Those are actually really positive rates - a little over one per game. That's pretty low by my mafia experience, so clearly our community has a little something special. :3

I write up my posts in a text editor, email them to myself, then copy/paste on my phone to post. It's convoluted, but I hate having to go through menus to find brackets and things like that.

What I'm thinking of doing is 100% spoiler-free.

Don't get your hopes up for murder/execution scenes. I don't want to cheaply reuse random artwork from the internet, and the obvious problem with reusing stuff from the game is that it'll have spoilers. Also, I can't draw worth a shit. Sadly, you guys will have to rely on my creative writing skills and your imagination.

I'm on photoshop. When I alter the image in a layer, it alters it completely except for the position. I'll have to do some research on it.
