You just have to avoid spoilers. Not a easy task but I managed to avoid every Game of Thrones season 6 spoilers until the season finished and then I binged the fuck out of it. You can do it.

The bigger problem is the feeling, that 90 % of the world can see it, but I cannot. For whatever reason.

I managed to avoid spoilers for all 5 seasons, outside of knowing the phrase Red Wedding, until I binged them last fall.
I binged them too. I had been told things specific about GoT but by the time I got around to watching them I didn't remember until the specific thing happened. Which included the Red Wedding. I had no context for the spoilers so they didn't really register, lol.
The
rape in S5 got spoiled for me because everyone was talking about it everywhere I looked and I hadn't started S5 yet so that sucked.
