DC Extended Universe |OT3| A League of Academy Award Winners

I took some quick shots from the first trailer and that teaser to compare.

maybe initially the shot was not yet colorgraded, and they just did a quick and dirty colorgrading to get it into the trailer and not look cheap; and the new shot is the grading of the final film

Dead

well not really...yet
Wonder when the decision was made to add the red skies in the climax. May have always been the intent.

Probably something like that. But I'd like to add that there's more than just color grading differences. The sky and mountains look completely redone, there's some extra stuff going on in the ground below, the shots being fired look different, and they added lightning striking behind Batman.

Which was baffling me as to why the change was made.

Yep, pretty crazy to see the differences between trailers that come out a year ago and the one that comes out a month before the movie. Tons of CG just isn't done yet. Shit, the amount of pixel fucking that goes into trailers I've worked on is just insane. Sometimes you have to put stuff out before it's even close to final so you use any trick you can to hide stuff or light it completely differently so you can't see it.

What's baffling? The red is present in other scenes so that was probably the intent, along with all of the other additions, but it wasn't done yet in the earlier trailers.

I meant the changes in sceneries. The entire skyline changed. Not that it's a bad thing. I'm just curious.

Yeah the backgrounds are far more developed. More trees, buildings, an explosion here and there. It's kinda nuts. Not too keen on the all red, but the details are really been spruced up.

Cooter

Lacks the power of instantaneous movement
This thing drops at 6am and I'll be up for work around 6:30. At least it will be easy to get up tomorrow.

15 minutes to go until the new Justice League trailer.

Who is Wonder Woman?

A fictional superhero.

...but seriously, if you're asking who's in costume, it's Leslie Jones.
