This week's famitsu features 2 mini games: pool-hopping and tug-of-war games.
They also show the gravure mode

Also the new feature of 'kikuzure' which basically is your swimsuit becomes untidy like the string falling off in that Kokoro screenshot or your under part of swimsuit is out of position (seen in that small famitsu sample shot), and it shows more of the suntan lines.

Chin from Koei Tecmo Europe was on a manga convention is Spain this past weekend and he said there is no plans to release the game on US/EU and if you want it, you should import the Asian version with English subs. This could change but a PR guy saying you should import it, don't give much hope in my opinion.
