On Revolution, no less. As much as I liked the first two games, I always thought the biggest obstacle in the way of the sub-genre's success was having to use a 2D input mechanism (the mouse) to control in a fully 3D environment. I'd be really interested to see if Relic could pull off the transition to a true 3D input device in a way that actually makes the game intuitive and approachable.

Bionic Commando Rad Spencer returns and this time he can not only jump, he cartwheels through the air like Ryu, and his guns fire as fast as your finger can press that bloody fire button. And good thing too cuz this time around the game plays like you're a gibbon on speed facing down the heavily armed and entirely pissed off Forth Reich. Steep learning curve? Nay, brothers and sisters - simple the most demanding action game ever made! Die, Alex Navarro, die!

PN03 Look at that ass. There's simply no question that that ass deserves at least a dozen sequels, and anyone who disagrees is clearly a fat, 30-year-old, anime hag who wears Hello Kitty T-shirts and likes Sony.

The game also had some cool animated physics, firing the grenade launcher would send the enemies flying back and you could shoot all the lights out. Syphon Filter 1 and 2 were soo good. Too bad Editec wasted 2 years developing that POS Syphon Filter game for PS2, Sony probably fired the team

Anyone know what happened to Syphon Filter PSP?

btw the story in Syphon Filter 2 was pretty cool too. Chance turning about to be a traitor is one of the most shocking thing ever

Great choice, I absolutely loved Syphon Filter 2. I was devastated when I played the PS2 version, it's one of the worst games I own for PS2. I would like to see it revived as a single-player title along the lines of the first two.

Indeed. I beat SF2 like 8 or 9 times! I loved it Btw can you believe Editec wasted 2 years mostly on the graphics engine alone? Truly terrible stuff, I want to know the current status of the dev.

PARASITE EVE 1 and 2 WERE SO FREAKIN AWESOME. Well, to me--it was fifty times better than the Resident Evil's (RE2 and RE4 being the exceptions).

And the game sold well, I freakin' don't get it. It had shipment sales of over 1,250,000 in the US and probably at least 500,000 in Japan (which, due to higher game prices over there is nearly the same in terms of profit as the US sales).

Alundra - A real sequel, not that 3D mess.

Breath of Fire: Dragon Quarter - I'm not even a huge fan of the game, but it was an interesting game with some ideas that could be fleshed out in a sequel.

Ogre Battle - And no, I'm not talking about Tactics.

Diablo - Yeah, I know there will be a Diablo 3 eventually. But I want it now, damnit!

Star Control - Just thinking about the greatness of Star Control 2 puts a smile on my face.

Final Fantasy IV-2 - The story of Kain's redemption, with Yang, Cid and the twins tagging along. Hey, I can dream.

Shenmue. If they passed on the conclusion, it would be an absolute injustice.

ZoE. After the brilliance that was ZoE 2, there most definitely has to be a sequel.
