Got to play Rusted Lands and the new Mars map.
I'm still not sold on the Mars map. It seems unbalanced towards Bravo holding C and B is so close compared to A is pretty far away from B. Maybe its just me though.
Certain class powers are clearly better than others (like Warlock's Nova Bomb is a free rocket and you get it more often than actual rockets). Certain weapons are fundamentally more suited for PVP (auto rifles and scout rifles most certainly, my pulse rifle is pretty damn bad). "Normalization" ignores weapon effects (such as fast-reload after kill). Un-equal starts, the weapons are different enough this is actually an issue in this game (unlike in COD or BF3 where different weapons are not that different, not that those games are good examples of well balanced games). You bring a hand cannon and you're fucked. You bring a scout rifle and you're a god.
Maps are not symmetrical, or even close to symmetrical (if the game has one-sided modes, attacker and defender, asymmetric maps are not necessarily a big issue, nor are they that big an issue for free for all).
And in Level Advantage modes like the Iron Banner, these effects are amplified even more as your gear matters (one IB match i had had this level 5 player. Guess how he fared...).
If you could adjust your loadout before the match starts and you were given the same selection of stuff as other players (including powers, ie eliminating class differences for PVP), the game would instantly be better. Alternatively the game could be turned to be more class-based game, giving the classes clear roles in PVP and equipment to match that.
Why should they do this exactly?

Honestly I love my Warlock with a hand cannon and a shotty. Lovely combo.
Okay, can someone clue me in? I played the entire Alpha, and the beta until now, and I KNOW there isn't anywhere you can buy full Hunter capes or Titan sashes, but I just saw a squad with amazing full capes with wolves on them, and a Titan with a full sash with a tree on it.

Sensitivity 4 (feels right for me)
As for the uncommon scout rifle, try the weapon vendor in the tower.

Got it now. The planet screen didn't give me a marker to tell me I had to go speak to someone. Quite different from the alpha.
It took the crown of the worst map in any game ever for me.
Previous holder was Alpine Peaks in MWO, and before that it was some shitty map in some Halo.

Got no rewards either. Now I really want them to reset everything on launchday. They should have been more clear what carries over and what not. Mars map sucked.

2 Interceptors on the map is too much. If one team gets both it's game over.
Just put 1 on the map and make it harder to earn, IMO.
It's probably a terrible idea. I just hate the Interceptor.

As far as PVP goes titanfall controls like a ferrari. This game controls like a tank made by fiat. Very frustrating, I feel encumbered.

I still have an open tower for the Iron Banner items, I'm AFK but have been accepting invites every 15 minutes or so. Probably will keep it open for another 45 minutes or so til I'm done moving stone around in the backyard.

Any weapon is fine, it's entirely up to your playstyle.
I use Full Auto Rifles, swap between Sniper Rifles (PvE) and Shotguns (PvP), and Rocket Launchers.
That's why an Interceptor and a Pike both spawn on each end of the map. I think only one in a map would be a worse idea.

I use 9...thinking about 10. I like the ability to snap 180's and kill somebody that thought they had the drop on me
Based off looking at population numbers from different games, Saturdays afternoon (PST) is usually primetime.
Usually use a full auto, special weapon depends on the map but mainly a sniper for me, probably different for you, just test everything out and see what works.

I wonder if my improved pvp results during the event was due to being a titan and that bought me extra durability I normally wouldn't have. I seemed to live longer when hit with most items

I don't get the balance gripes i'm seeing here. Sure some weapons seem a little over/underpowered, but the fact that people can't agree on which weapons they are means that it's more balanced than we think. Scout rifles and auto rifles are good primaries. All of the special weapons have their place too, people say shotty is the only logical choice but I do well with the fusion rifle and see oher people do well with snipers. Hand cannons are the only weapons that I don't believe have a place in pvp right now, and i'm sure they'll balance it out down the road.
The weapon mods (faster reload) are cool but I really don't think they hurt balance that much. Everyone has them and there aren't that many options to choose from.

Yea I'm at 8 but was thinking about going up as well. Which is a bit weird because I definitely favored lower in Halo.
