It amazes me that people dont use the turrets more. The turret at B can stop anyone trying to cap B, can shoot anyone coming from C to B, and shoot people going between A and C. It'll trash the interceptor in a couple seconds also, and the pike even faster.

I was just with this guy in old russia exploring and he was wrecking with the sniper. It was actually kind of annoying because he'd kill the people I'd try to kill from a distance lol

Even with those counters, do you guys feel the interceptor is balanced? If they had vehicle hijacking then I think it'd be dandy.... Man i'm kinda depressed they left out such a feature.

I miss vehicle hijacking just because the concept is so damned cool and underutilized in most (all?) other first person shooters.

Fusion is my preferred Special Weapon for PvP, personally.

I can see why it's inefficient compared to a shotty, but i enjoy the extra distance which complements a non jumping grenade distance imo.

For basic grunt yeah maybe. But for long boss encounter, they are just so damn indapted and boring. Slow as hell, long reload... The fact that bosses are bullet sponges balanced for 15 players doesn't help either

Why am I not getting tired of exploring lol? Put on a movie or tv show and just roam around mindlessly taking a few pics here and there. Finally got a chance to kill one of those Fallen on a Pike and ride it. Drove it over to some of those ?? enemies and shot at them. As expected, no damage was done and they killed me.

Oh and another thing, open that Moon up Bungie. Let me explore just a little section of it and I'll be satisfied.

Basic grunts are like, +90% of the PVE


The shotgun is much worse for bosses.

Just did some remote play on my vita at work. From the work wifi it wasn't working so hot. On my 4g phone connection I was surprised at how well it worked. While I wouldn't play PvP that way PvE is playable. Now if the vita batteries lasted longer I would of played more lol

I don't know about balanced, but i do feel like the game offers sufficient countermeasures if you're prepared for it.

I for one as a frequent Sparrow user on the moon map, always keep my Special unused for that impending Interceptor.

I had a badass auto rifle the alpha (probably a Galahad I guess), but I haven't ben able to get a single uncommon AR in all of the beta. I've been doing alright in the Crucible, even Iron Banner, but I could do so much better!

Mainly I just rally want some different sights, I'm not a big fan of the stock ones.

I haven't come across many distracting framerate problems at all on the PS3 version now that I think about it.


When I first downloaded it though, all those jaggies bothered the hell out of me. Especially after seeing the PS4 footage for so long. Now I've gotten completely used to it and it doesn't bother me at all...

Dang it's gonna look amazing when I get my PS4

Played with a buddy and we got the moon map twice in a row. I love the map design in this game, but God, I hate that map. Absolutely not enjoyable for me. Dunno why.

I hope it wasn't me. I was just doing that and wrecking everyone dropping from those ships. Kept switching between my bazooka and my sniper. I think I pissed everyone in the area off, lol...

In the full game for longevity does GAF think it would be better to have the hard mode have some of the most rare guns / equipment and emblems etc....and hard mode should be a separate play through.

That would add allot of longevity to the game like borderlands...

Man, I really cannot wait till the 23rd. I keep hopeless checking the code page on bnet thinking it might pop up early. I know it's all but impossible, but I have to check anyway.

It's gonna be a long couple if days.

It's weird that they would highlight the attack number instead of the impact number. As far as I can tell the impact is the actual damage your weapon can do, but attack is your ability to damage higher leveled enemies. But if PvP is supposed to be balanced, your attack number is useless, on impact matters....or am I reading this wrong?

Either way, I'm REALLY enjoying the PvE/story elements. It sucks that the PvP (to me) is not all that entertaining.

Also, F the moon map...wow what a terrible map.
