So what would you guys say are the best adv/normal spirits in terms of actually being useful not for looks. Such as what matters more element changers,atk boost, elemental atk boost 2X dmg 1 enemy/all, defense boost, debuff, Speed increase, how much HP, atk, spd is good enough.

Time stoppers - mainly Lady.

Barong is also incredibly useful because his ability soaks up thousands of damage points which in turn builds up your meter so you can use Lady.

Pretty much just run Barong, Lady, 3 of whatever Elemental Affinity I have that day or 3 of whatever the Raid boss is weak to for Raids.

I wish I had a Lady, but I don't so I've been trying to make some budget ladies to help me out. Got Urd and Male Shaman that I'm working on and I traded a Benzaiten from Yosp D;

I'd love to have purebred Male Shaman since he's so cheap, 1.5.

Between Leviathan's ridiculous defense, and Bahamut's seemingly 90% counterattack rate, these battles are getting really boring.

I think I only really want to level up Leviathan and Wyvern, so I'm probably going to take it easy for the rest of this event. I did want to get the other element Queens, though, for my Spirit Encyclopedia.

Also the randomness of Bahamut popping aint helping this. Yesterday I killed Wyvern 3 times. Not sure how many times I kill Lev today. I might start helping others more, nearing 500 raid kills. Also maybe I kill raid bosses to queen level or not.

Sadly devs had to prolong this event one week, its (as usual) too long. Getting blessing days & average days means that Iam holding almost 270k summoning stones and 16k spirit points.

When you add the thing that in EU we get from tomorrow +150% SS & SP drops + 2 weeks those special summons. Week 1 is US and week 2 is AS. Those bonuses should have been same time than in AS & US.

^^ This means that we dont get new special summoning pack in another 2 weeks. Or devs are shooting (again) to their leg.

This got me thinking that maybe i've been playing the game wrong and i should focus on a strong 3 man team of the daily elements boost then a weaker 5 man team with just my phoenix as lead.

Most cases leader is Barong. Its nice to know if raid boss and minions (or other bosses) has +% to first attack, Barongs support skill will make that damage to 1.
My timestoppers are maxed URD & level 40 Cockatrice (hunt only). I could level Cockatrice to 50 but its my most longest and slowest purebreed project.
At level 40 Cockatrice has over 1500 hp, its slow 200 and attack is minimal 320, but that battle skill is where it shines. This is my Cockatrice at the moment:

Iam also trying to raise this as fast as I can. But lack of spirit points wont help.

Speaking of elemental boost & damage dealing. On Fire days, there are 2 European spirits which shine. 2.5 cost PB Vampire Hunter, fast, cheap, good atk. Lvl 65 Cuhullin has ~2155 HP and 498 atk, battle skill 2x fire damage spell cost 40, spirit cost 4.0, its littlebit slow but nice addition to team.

Im thinking we could have a tier list of sorts to help out those who want to get all the area's in the game and have main spirits to build/trade for future use.

Also would like to know how some of you guys play my stratagy has been to have my maxed Phoenix give everyone in my party a 30% atk boost and just rush the mobs until the boss appears, then go to the next area until i have none left. Then i would wait till my party's full and atk the boss's 1 at a time until i can't no more. Seems to work fine for the first a while but during the raid i noticed my 3 water team of a lvl 43,25,55 spirits take out lvl 50 wyrven when my main mob team couldn't. I know about the element boost being 50% and the defense of having conflicting elements, but i didn't think they would last so long.

Depends on what you are fighting. I like time stop, attack boost, and 1.5/2x damage. Choosing proper element for the spirits to do more damage and take less is important. Barong is less useful than t rex in my opinion. It is better to kill the spirit than block its first attack, unless they are from a boss fight with first attack boost.

Why would you only have 3 spirits in your team? More is a usually better.
