Guessed wrong, I thought that'd be Yaksha since she looked more like a dark spirit. That's good though, I currently only have 2 decent metal spirits so she can be my third. Having a hell of a job beating her though even at less than level 10, her counterattack skill is just ripping my team to shreds because of how often it triggers, easily taking 300-400 damage per spirit each battle from counterattacks alone.

Use spirits with 1.5 or 2x elemental attacks. Those are best for bosses with counterattack.

Guess I need to grind a few more areas then, only thing I have with 1.5x fire is Vermillion Bird and I'm 0.5 cost short.

Also it seems Nemesis first shows up when you hit 50 total raid bosses cleared and is then random after that. Has no allies in the fight and her battle skill is 50% damage reduction. Here's the actual spirit reward:

I'd like to know this, too. Currently, I'm fusing Cs into UC up until they're LV8, then I fuse UC into them until they're LV15, at which point I fuse those LV15 UCs into the high level SR spirits I want to level. Gives a good amount of experience, but not sure if I'm wasting too much SS here.

Anyways, just found Nemesis for the first time. It was after I defeated 50 Raid Bosses on the dot. And she had 30K HP. And has a a 50% damage reduction ability. This is gonna be a long fight. And I hear she pops up frequently. I really hope she doesn't interfere with me trying to get the other bosses too much. Hopefully she'll stop popping up after you get here to a certain level, or at least decrease here frequency. I'd hate to want to get a LV10 Raid Boss only for a LV 70 Nemesis to pop up.

Edit: Just beat her. Was easier than I thought, though she is Lv1. Her 50% damage reduction lasts about 20 seconds. The rewards for beating her are about double. 600SP/600SS/1500SS.

I just sell C spirits. I don't bother leveling UC spirits before merging them either. It has worked out for me so far.

From what I've been seeing recently, I agree. Any time you upgrade a spirit past level past 35, you should only be using UC or R spirits. The amount of SP used versus the level gainis completely worthless.

No, you probably won't be able to pure breed him. Assuming you have him at exactly 41 with no experience towards the next level, he only needs 16,740 experience to reach level 50, and Barong gives 900 experience. So that's a maximum of 23 (18 plus another 5 for the last merge). Considering his speed stat, it's unlikely he'll be getting 4 points towards SPD per Barong. If his SPD wasn't so low, you would've been. I may be wrong though, since I haven't purebred a Barong yet. Hopefully someone here who has can reply.
