This was with Drizzay and Vaalabar a few hours ago.
Best I've done with Unstable is a 3-kill streak without a super. Everything else was assist.

Tip for people who are running out of weapon parts: once you hit 7 wins with a character, buy the ToO weapon and dismantle. Way cheaper than buying weapons from gunsmith and gives more weapon parts per dismantle.

Awesome rolls, i have nearly the same with rifled barrel and kneepads. Would have preffered luck in the chamber, but apparently kneepads makes you spring faster as well. I'll take it.
Still searching for matador though.

Hawkian, Hoodbury and I tried the Trials last night.
Ok so first card was not pretty. We were tense, we were pushing hard.
Then we started dancing before every round. It was hilarious. We won some matches and got to 3 and 2.
At one point though one guy on the other team responded with a dance - Hawkian:
"That's as good as a win, right there. "

Been finding it pretty hard to get on decent teams other than carry trains. I got a family and can only play in very specific small time windows.
Seems like a lot of the 20+ kills players want to get it done and play with other 20+ kills players so it's hard for a 10+ kills per game scrub like me to get on a team with regular played above my skill level. It's really on Bungie I feel like the 3v3 modes make it like this and a 6v6 mode would be more welcoming to players of different skill levels.

20 chests, 3 Queen's Blessings things, and not one single key. I thought there was "relief" coming for the great key drought of 2015? Also, why is it that the Iron Lords will be selling keys to the Prison of Elders....but not he Warden of said prison, Varkis? They should really make the key a guaranteed drop from 34 and 35 PoE. If the prisoners can be armed to the teeth with weapons in a "prison", then why can't there be keys to said prison hanging out in said prison?

Stressful. Very bloody stressful. Especially the 3 or 4 games that go close is squeaky bum time. On GAF to calm down...
Once players have done there 3 best runs then its help others time - Sunday and Monday its much easier to get Clan help
Only issue is I had to turn off messages when playing getting bombarded this morning.

Destiny LFG is legit fucking awful for finding pvp players. I just want 5 wins in trails and people are leaving all over the place and booting me from games for no reason.

They really need to implement transparent skill rankings. At least it hyper competitive modes like Trials. It wouldn't be as insane to match as opposed to 6v6. They've also done this before in nearly all the Halo games. Would make it much better for all contenders and not feel like an exclusive elite club.
Though if they want the latter they need to implement actual straight PvP gear that isn't very useful in PvE. I keep saying have like a resistance stat or separate PvP leveling system off the gear.

No bloody way - IT HAS TO BE CONNECTION BASED ONLY.
COD had Skill based match making and it killed the game for my 20 clan - having > 2 KD meant it NEVER matched us in games in our native UK, it was always people 500 to 1000 miles away. We all left COD, they went BF4 I went Destiny...
Don't care how good they think the lag compensation is, it NEVER works.
P2P Connection based is the only way to match (or dedicated servers in each country)

500-1000 miles is nothing, I can play with the French for example from UK with 30-40ms pings which is very similar to playing someone in the UK itself, UK is a small country. It's when you are across the continent when you start having problems or when you are in a couple try like United States.
Eh it very well can be both, skill based first and then if it can't find the game under a certain threshold (that threshold based on connection speed) then it reverts to pure connection based. A majority of games do this for ranked matchmaking.

Getting to Mercury at 6am meant I didn't sleep at all, I guess. Playing Combined Arms and actually really enjoying it. It's been a while since I was on First Light.
I got my desired roll for Low Grade Humility! Ambush, Hidden Hand, Quickdraw, Unflinching. Hell yes. Could also have higher mag at the cost of stability, not sure if it's worth it. I suppose Shortgaze would be better for the aim assist but I think I do better with Ambush. If I get another to drop maybe I'll try rerolling that one, but I think this roll is pretty much as good as it gets.

YMMV but that just gets you what we have now with a very hostile and unfriendly competitive community. There's no room for newbies to get better. Halo lived and thrived in skill based matchmaking for a long long time. I never said connection shouldn't be considered but skill should be priority.
Why wait for a train. Just find people to play it with rather than someone to carry you.

Do those old lame weapons have Shank burn? I don't think so.

Look at COD stats, everybody has a KD near 1 (I am 2 but every match is just sweaty).
Also people would start to reverse boost...have crap KD all week and then play trails.
People tried it and it gets abused...big time. Excellent players going into matches who are really KD 3 players on COD in 0.7 KD lobbies - its a massacre.
Plus your mates no longer want to play with you if you get them higher lobbies - see the problem,
I think a hard VOG would be my preference, just because I'm hoping for a mythoclast or fatebringer. But I'm happy do a normal Crota too straight after, time depending (I have maybe 2 to 3 hours free). The only thing is that I'll be a bit of a Crota scrub.

I'm not liking that I have to play trials just to benefit the most for gear this time around. I like the crucible in a non friendship ending way. Trials of Osiris seems too stressful to me, if I don't perform well, I'm going to drag the team down, so I don't even bother doing it anymore.
So I stick to PoE, which makes me want to pull my hair out because I get like nothing in return for that.
Now if there was a 'matchmaking/no party' Playlist for ToO I would do that
But bungie has been really stingy with game types with destiny (still baffled by no CTF)

Newbies should be playing Crucible and Iron banner ...not a elimination based competition.
Man lvl 34 quodron is a fairly easy and fun fight to do legit.
Strat: bring a Titan. Go all the way to the right. Clear adds. Shoot the key master whatever his name is dude. Shoot at boss. Shoot out of detainment. Pop heavy and unload on boss every cool down. Rinse and repeat until quodron is dead.
Did it with Breezy yesterday three times to farm the elder cypher bounty. Got 350 points per kill. As long as you kills yourself before returning to the airlock then resets the round lol.
I feel like I don't like the horn cheese for that fight because it's not nearly as fun and requires a 10 minute boring wait in the airlock and this is what everyone wants to do now and people usually say "that's the only way I've ever done the fight too lol".

Yea I pushed my connection too far with the highest quality, I'm a filthy ADSL user do I should keep my place.I'm in there now and it's lagging quite a bit, freezing up and quality not so good
Also I took your advice about re-rolling the party crasher, and I think I just got the perfect rolls, the God roll.

I actually didn't know that kneepads increases your overall sprint speed as well, even when the weapon isn't in your hands
