Yeah its ridiculous, did this strike about 2 weeks ago at 290 light and with only 290 4th HM but it absolutely destroyed them. Grasps + smoke bomb invis = YOLO 4th horseman. Specialist really makes this strike easier, the main problem are the shitload of adds.

I think nerfing black spindle at this point doesn't make any sense. Unless they nerf exotic engrams decrypting into 310. Ok, nerf black spindle. I'll just use my 2 310 hereafters to bring it back to 310.

I heard running somebody else's charged Agonarch will give you access to all 7 bosses at once and let you charge it on the spot.

Chest? Like you've finished the encounter and the chest has spawned? (have you used the barrel-shaped console thingy to activate it yet?)

Edit - the fully charged with 7 kills rune is in my inventory, but when I go to the chest (Or whatever you call it) in the Founts through the cracked wall, it still says need Agonarch rune to open this device.

Did you just finish charging it? Might need to go to orbit or sign out/in or somesuch.

I think its been locked by Bungie to stop people buffing other peoples runes (I'm sure I read so earlier)

Welp, in light of the update for spindles coming, I bought a truckload at 300 and infused them into lesser special weaps as future infusion fodder. Having a bunch of useless 300's will come in handy especially for upgrading arms day packages for anything worth keeping. Since it only costs glimmer and useless exotic shards..why not?

Also does GAF have any opinion on the eyasluna hand cannon?\

Charged Argonaut is broken.

There was a glitch found a few days back where people who had a fully charged rune and completed the event on the dreadnaught to unlock the chest would move the rune into their vault at the same time would get a free chest and engrams. They would move the rune back to the character and rinse and repeat for unlimited engram's.

Bungie patched this yesterday however anyone who currently has an Argonaut rune cannot use it.

It was a bug. You were always supposed to have to infuse it to 310.

Can't have a 300 exotic in the kiosk b/c then it's too easy to infuse all your other special weapon exotics to 300.

I'm gonna infuse my 290 black spindle with a

304 raid shotgun
308 1000 yard stare
310 hereafter

To get it back to 310.

I feel so FOTM playing as a sunbreaker or whatever they're called with all this OP talk, but I just thought it was cooler than the striker I was leveling and I didn't think defender would be great for soloing.

310 was the only reason I really gave a shit about BS. I still haven't managed to get through that taken shitshow. Not sure I'll even bother now - my 300 1000ys with stability and wizard burn works just fine, and leaves my exotic slot open for supercell or sleeper.

Defender is solid for soloing provided you can lay hands on a Saint-14. Tack on an Immobius and it's kinda OP at least as far as dealing with hoards of adds goes.

I'm probably at about 20 now. Did get Does Not Bow one time. It'll come, but I heard conflicting things about the director and it would be a waste if it didn't drop there, lol. I'll just continue to load this strike up now and then. For some reason the director strike always give me lots of engram drops.

Yea I've been mixing between the regular and classic playlists just for variety. Wish we could just get all the classic maps in the other playlists too.

Same with the strike playlist.

Anybody using the vendor Pulse rifles?

I need to get a good one for Iron Banner. I'm tempted to just use Red Death but would prefer a little more range.

The director is the only way you can get some of those items, mostly Omnigul. There's two items there but it's not in the heroic playlist.
And even if the drop rate is higher in the heroic playlist, you can do two regular difficulty strikes in the time it takes you to do one heroic.

Keep your eye open for armsday Lyudmila - thing hits like a truck.
Top-tier impact and it apparently fires 4 shots per burst because Hakke? (I haven't noticed that which is weird because I use it a lot)

Final thoughts on the Spindle...Will anyone that already has access to a 280 Spindle through the Kiosk ever run that challenge for a 290 Spindle?

That mission will be dead to me at 290. If it still dropped at 310 I'd run it on my baby Titan, and in a month or two run it on my baby Warlock.

Just lost 3 control matches in a row, twice with me getting the high score.
Matchmaking is as broken as the hammer and the pulse rifle. Both teams will have one really good player each and if that's you then you just have to hope that the 5 other guys on your team are mediocre because then that means the other team is terrible with the exception of one guy who is probably really frustrated because he's carrying his entire terrible team.

Well, at least I have a Villainy pulse rifle with max stability, third eye, secret round but shit stability. Maybe I should learn how to use it.

I have the quest version so I can test it out. I was looking at the vendor version and wasn't too impressed but sometimes the feel of a gun is more important.

Did Red Death's stability get nerfed?

So I can't use my charged agonarch rune for fragment 45 on my warlock because people abused a glitch, great. Mini Crota is going to pay on Tuesday reset, I need that 3rd touch of malice for infusion fodder.

I dismantled my Apple. I couldn't get over the Spare Change recoil. I need one with perfect balance probably.

I still have a 100 Stability Hopscotch thats awesome but it won't make a dent in IB ofcourse. I also have Red Death so not all hope is lost.

Just got a Hawksaw with Append mag, Rifled barrel and headseaker. This is a beast in combo with Pulse rifle gloves but not sure on the damage output in PvP... I do love this weapon though, one of my faves in TTK.

My friend got a Hawksaw with perfect balance and counterbalance and he say it is tearing people up. Of course, RNG will probably not be so kind before Tuesday.

Just spent 2+ hours with a mostly random group trying to take down Oryx. We got down the last phase multiple times and then someone always fucked up. Really depressing.

Boy oh boy...throwing a smoke bomb with venom and following it up with a vortex grenade is so much fun. I really like the Nightstalker class. There's a great sense of movement and action with hunters I don't get when playing my Warlock.
