It's a 3 shot kill, doesn't matter where they hit. Can be 3 body shots.
Well in that Armsday PS4 tourney recently every single player was using Thorn and most of them were using a y1 Felwinters... that should tell you something.

Oh, I actually never realised that since I usually get a headshot with at least one shot. That probably needs a slight tone down to 4 shots to make it balanced.
Honestly. I'd still use thorn even if it had its poison removed completely. It has great stats, with a fast fire rate, great recoil pattern and really high range. Not to mention that being a 3 shot kill fast fire rate, slow impact handcannon automatically makes it better than most handcannons by default.

No that gives you exactly 319 light.
It's 12% per weapon, 10% per armor, and 8% each for artifact, class item, and ghost.

In regular crucible it flattens everything out. So yes.
3 Body shot kill even against max armor. Unsure (but I think it does) about max armor + chest piece with subclass armor buff.

Yup, psn is triablos4. Just did the salvage one so I'll be moving onto skirmish (though if you need salvage we can).
My Titan is a Striker who uses MIDA+Shotgun. My Hunter is a Gunslinger with TLW+Sniper.
But my Warlock...my PvP favorite...uses Thorn and his bare fucking hands. And Viking Funeral Firebolts. And Voidfang so I always spawn with them. And Tier 5 DIS so they come back often. It's beautiful.

I think it auto completes because you turned in his other 5 Weeklys already.
When I picked mine up, it had 2/5 for my Titan. I also already turned in 2 ib Weeklys. My warlock had 1/5. I already turned in 1 ib weekly for Warlock.
So my best guess is that weekly bounties you turn in prior to picking up the "true meaning of war" go towards it.
Also as far as luck goes, I've gotten a lot more exotics from shaxx than nf.
Always down to try, at the very least we get a set of bounties done

Do you get matched with other 3 man fireteams if you are in a 3 man fireteam? I won my first skirmish match this week and then never went back.
Was really glad control was Iron Banner this time, at least I can support my team there :/

Hearing Newsk defend Thorn and praise its uniqueness made me very sad.
I'd hate Thorn much less if it didn't change my screen all green and make that unbearable hissing noise.

That's why you should stick to game modes where light level doesn't matter so you don't have to deal with that garbage.
I will never understand why Bungie created a weapon that does Damage over time and screws with your screen. Hopefully that's corrected in Destiny 2.
I literally came from pretty fun salvage games.
I don't know what happened to the matchmaking but it have us some mad pros. I'm so salty from that last team that teabagged us..
I hadn't even picked up a weekly bounty from him with two of my characters yet. Not ever. Not one bounty that has his special symbol.
And every instance this week when I went to Shaxx I picked up all six bounties together at the same time.
Last week I had picked up several of his weekly bounties on my hunter and did a couple before jumping into Iron Banner. I turned in/completed those bounties and then went to him and picked up the remaining ones and that one bounty auto completed and gave me some rewards.
I thought nothing of it really. But when I picked up the bounty yesterday with my Warlock and saw it auto complete again and give me a 310 Thunderlord I figured something was up.
I am imaging that this bounty is the one that gives the Nightfall level rewards.
Because there was a week that I completed the remaining five bounties I had picked up from him and then was confused as to why there wasn't a reward for doing that. I went to him to see if there was a quest he was going to give me but there was nothing.
I'll keep this pattern of rewards though. No issues at all.
My man. Also, Gunslinger class really should be tweaked so that Deadeye & Over the Horizon increase the accuracy & range of hand cannons in general, not just golden gun.

TripleWreck had to run a couple of games last night and get comfortable with his Thorn because the Thornament on Saturday will basically have everyone using that. That's such a shame.

They can even keep the LitC nerf as it is, just give it it's damn range back. Makes no sense that Eyasluna is a better gun.
Yeah, my salvage matches this week were great as well. That guy in the first match headshotting people with his sniper was just crazy. I don't play enough pvp to even know the maps, especially the smaller ones with corridors and stuff.
This will be my last game though, so thanks for the machtes. Maybe you will get a random that can help you win a skirmish match.

Yeah its a shame, they nerfed the old armour by limiting their I/D/S stats making it useless which was effective in normal crucible and they could have done the something with the old weapons.
I don't mind the principal of the gun, its the fact it retains very high base damage, has high ranage, high stability, good clip, fast ROF, good sights and no dot damage falloff at range. We always have tradeoffs with perks, there's 0 tradeoff with the DoTs extra power.

Drizz did Hard CM 3x. And then he did the Hard CM 3 more times because fuck Oryx that's why.

There was nothing fun about the Thorn meta. If it dominates, everyone uses one and it's just dumb. It was practically a Scout anyway with it's broken range.

Just did two Oryx CM runs from LFG...
Both managed to be done first try without any issues. Unreal RNG. (no helmets but damn does LFG usually suck)
