Yeah, I'll probably try to set one up sometime this week. I know at least a few guys on my normal raid group that might be down to walk a few newbies through, so I'll ask them. Thanks.

It is. Don't attempt it if you have a dodgy heart.
I should have upgraded my hunter alt first before my Titan... I have a level 20 blue hunter helmet, legendary gloves and boots, and an exotic chest. Upgrading those would get me to level 27 without grinding for vanguard rep or waiting for Xur and then I'd be ready to raid with my hunter...

Also fuck this weeks Nightfall + Weekly of it being the Nexus (Venus), it s gonna suck ass

Cabal > Fallen > Hive > Vex is my choice of fighting against
Cabal at least challenge you vertically and strafe push, the Shield dude are annoying
Fallen are just fodder, except when the fucking Captain comes strolling by with it's ungodly super fast shield, I scream so much like, "YOU MOTHERFUCKER I JUST DESTROYED YOUR SHIELD!"
Hive are here due to the scientist sorceresses, mother of christ there PEW PEW PEW Arc Bullets get annoying if there's more than 1 of them, hate that poison cloud that just ruins your aiming
Vex, FUCK THE ROBOTS!, goddam broken enemies

Seriously! We tried it last night with a random group with some very inexperienced players and knew we had no hope of doing it but it was nice to try it and realize that it really is possible if you feel comfortable with the VOG. The jump puzzle might be the problem since you never know what can go wrong.
That's what makes it so difficult. 6 people need to get it just right

It cant be harder than Vanquish challenges 1-6. The only bad thing is the trophy doesn't depend on your own individual play.

Has Xur ever brought an exotic primary weapon engram or any exotic weapon engram? I don't remember that... Also the nexus strike is the easiest one in the whole game.
Yeah I really want to buy the gjallarhorn too. Still don't have it...

I think certain shaders are tied to the ranks. I got one called Undercity after 31, never seen it anywhere else.

The packages you get for ranking up aren't rewards. They're more opportunities for disappointment.

It kind of fits the flawless raider trophy as well. I did briefly use my Suros for it.
It's too easy to level the cryptarch currently to really justify guaranteed legendary rewards each time, as much as I'd like that. As it is it just gives you a little boost to the next level... and every once in a while you might get a purple.
