Will Season two add a 1v1 mode so people can actually find a game to join? because I doubt being able to get monochrome versions of the same old skins as before is going to draw anyone back into this.
The biggest problem are the characters, most of the Fortnite stuff I see is "omg look at this guest character doing a stupid dance" which drives the ongoing conversation around Fortnite and it's constant updates. That could of been this game, they could have put a bunch of Sony mascots in here with stupid vehicles, Kratos in a bone charriot or something. But instead we have this cast of.. I don't even know, just fucking boring characters nobody would ever want to pick if the roster had anybody other than them in it.
The idea that Fortnite got Kratos, Aloy and co before this is just a colossal missed opportunity. They need to pivot hard, focus on the girl with the cat ears, add more emotes, add more social sharing; get some more obscure guest characters with stupid cars to make people remember this game exists on reddit/neogaf etc.
