Dark Souls I think hit it before the US launch but it had a week or so with the JP one? MvC3 had URRRLEY on it's side but I still think that took until post-launch.

Anyone lose their achievements after logging out and loading it up again?I lost all of mine.
Mine doens't show up when getting them but I have them.
Checking the Diablo forums seems like there is somethign amiss witht he achievements.
