Ugh, did anyone else who bought via Amazon get fucked by UPS and have it not be left by their door? They delivered it to our complex office which closes before I can get home during the work week.

I have never had an Amazon package not be left by my door so I am wondering if this required a signature or if the driver was just fucking lazy.

As a first time Diablo player I am really finding the game to be addictive... Wish the music was a little more varied though. Also nice that is runs on all high settings with my MacBook pro 15"

The always online thing is rather annoying, but it's an anti-piracy thing, due to real money transactions being made.

Take a deep breath, open your Steam library, pick a game, and play that until the weekend, hell even Thursday or Friday.

I'm running with Cleave, Hammer, Leap and Stomp right now (level 10).

Yeah, I'm pretty sure weapon stats apply to all skills. Although I'm not sure if it will actually add fire damage and pets, or just increase the damage.

I'm running with WW. Got only Ignore Pain as a pure def skill, though I have leap runed with +armor on impact and revenge runed with extra heal. Main attack is Bash with the reverb attacks.

I'm diggin the monk, but not actually 'swinging' around the loot weapons for his attacks is a bit of a bummer lol.

i kind of agree - ive just killed the skeleton king and i hope the monk has better abilities than just punching. teleporting isn't that useful sometimes in the fury of clicking it warps and then your mouse pointer is still over the far side of the screen and it makes the monk walk away...

wizard on the other hand seems fun to use

im thinking that the only way to beat inferno (for me anyway) is to go demon hunter - a melee ranged class where you can snipe away from distance.

also i understand why they did it but the first few level designs seem like its really tailored for casuals who only play it once... its a really good experience but it could get old fast... i liked how in D1 and D2, it was just open fields and dungeon crawling and some of the levels seem like one long path...

Yeah, it's pretty shit. I died 4-5 times since I got back in because it roll back my game and put me right in the middle of monsters (lol, single player game get roll back, remind me of early WoW). I finally able to get to the door ...

It was lagging so bad that my ability effect show up after monsters are dead. It seems to be better now .. but almost time for dinner. I hope thing will clear up as flurry die down.

I don't think there's anything preventing you from doing this. I believe a trade function is included, but even if it's not you can still invite people to games and drop items.

Don't think so. Think about it - monsters will be exponentially faster and will reduce your ability to kite. If anything. Monk and Barb will be at an advantage being built from the ground up as characters who can take it head on.
