WD with: Flaming Skull, Dire Bats(both on mouse), 4 dogs + explosion, Grotesque and Snare (the hands from hell or something)= OP fun!

this game gets fun much sooner than DII... I had to reach level 30 to start using Hurricane with the Druid to have this kind of fun.
 
So I played like 2/3 hours with a friend, and now I play without him and all my story progress is gone?

We were on the exact same quest when we partied up. The fuck?

Your damage (all spell damage and pet damage) is based directly on your weapon damage. Things that add +DMG and +Attack Speed will increase your overall damage as well... sometimes ever more than Intelligence, especially throughout Normal.

You probably want to keep points in Vitality as well, you don't want to die in 3 hits.

Did you just join his game when you played, or were you host?

If it was his game, then it's his progress lol. At least I think it works like that.
 
i'm a little confused about something. so I killed the butcher with a group and we got to act 2, then the group left. I left too and hit public games, but my options only as far as close to the end of act1, not even the final quest or anything. if go to Change quest, I can choose the quest in Act 2, but it won't let me choose it for joining public games. Is this a bug? I tried relogging
 
So playing this on my early 2011 13" base MBP on lowest settings. Knocked down the res a notch and played with 2 others. Not so bad. Sure, its ugly, but it seems like this game is ugly from the get go.

Click the button under Start/Resume Game to select the newest quest you can and then Resume from there.
 
Almost about to take the plunge, still having reservations about whether this game is worth $60..I'm trying to be good and limit how much I spend on gaming and GW2 is coming soon

Played each class and got mytwo faves: monk and DH to 11..don't know which to continue with..arg

wow I did not know that. I was just getting as much int as possible....if I hold some really dmged up weapon I never use it makes my spells stronger than using a voodoo doll and knife with lots of int?
 
Hey guys, I have a bulge of rare weapons. Way too many. Are my only options:

1.) Dropping

2.) Auction House

3.) Melting down (Salvaging)

?

Also, with regard to #3, do you get anything other than Subtle Essence and Fallen Teeth? I've got like 130 Essence and about 30 teeth. I haven't used them because I haven't found anything worth buying or crafting.

With such [artificially limited] baggage space and the constant finds, I just don't know what I'm supposed to do with this shit. Some of the Rare items are pretty good, some aren't. Also, is there a way to trade one item directly for another, rather than trading for money, then buying for money?

If AH is the best option, I'll do that. I just hadn't felt like looking at current market prices and doing all that.

they dont suck compared to anything

especially when lots of enemies are clumped together/youre facing a big boss

so they wave across the enemies like 6 times each

per shot

so gud

thats the problem tho lol the arrows are legit as fuck too

need more skill slots ffs

Possibly, yeah. When you mouse over the item it will tell you how much Damage it will add to your character at the bottom of the mini stat sheet to the left of your equipped gear. This number is completely calculated for you.

Intelligence will definitely increase your damage though and you need it for Resistance as well so it's super important.

I had the exact same problem. 2 different accounts feels bad man

Blizzard fixed the authenticator thing but I already bought diablo 3 on another account and I don't think they can combine them :((((
 
I've just been booted off 4 times within 15 minutes. Is this happening for anyone else? My latency stays green the entire time, and it allows me to get back into a game immediately after kicking me, so I don't get it.
 
I beat the gp part, reinstalled the actual game and it still asks me to upgrade. Is that normal? I don't want to get to the s.king and not be able to advance

Try joining General Chat as soon as you log in, on the hero select screen. For whatever mystical reason, this has totally solved my disconnect problems, and those of others.

was cool and inventive? :( That doesn't bode well for those that aren't. I mean, it was a cool-looking fight, but way too easy and simple. :(
