In normal? Withering, no question. Nightmare? You might consider Web, if you're still using Rapid Fire at all.

Just the wizard does. It looks terrabad and is my least favorite class.
Just wondering because I want to guess they made it that way in preparation for Lord of Destruction, but i'm not sure how soon the Diablo 3 first expansion will arrive.

Stacking int when I can, but I'm prioritizing mf over that for the moment. I'll concentrate more on other things when I feel like I actually need to.
Using a ruby in my weapon and topazes in everything else.

What thetrin said. Start stacking STR, and if you have some ruby gems, start adding those to weapons. Go to the auction house and sort for STR gear and buyouts no more than 2,000-4,000. Buy what you need. At your level my dps for my Barbarian was 600. At level 40, I'm a little over 1,500 dps.

The Act 2 boss on Hell is the hardest thing I've had to do in a video game in years.
Fortunately I had just enough HP to not get killed with one of his physical attacks, but the big barrage ability dropped me if I got hit once without Diamond Skin.
I'm kicking myself now for not realizing that I could have swapped skills halfway through the fight. I forced my way through the beginning where you have to kill off all the little dudes with a single-target skill set.

Oh, definitely. There's a huge jump in difficulty between NM and Hell.
Actually, that might imply that it gets easier. The Hell champions will keep on kicking your ass all through the game.

Yes, like Invulnerable + Mortar? Fire Chain + Fast? I think the worst I saw was Extra Health + Fire Chain + Fast on something hideously speedy already.

Lol, yeah.... We found some more champion packs. Needless to say my friend advised we call it a night and get some sleep to prepare ourselves for one frustrating day/weekend of Hell mode....it's gonna be insane, but I love it!
