If going the fansub route, there is only two groups I would be happy with. Any others and I would just choose the best of the bunch I guess :/.

Hoping CR picks it up though as it would be the least complicated for me but we'll see.

And I sure am happy that they are dedicated to it, even after one of the main guys dropped out due to so many people uploading to Youtube and stuff :/


CR has started announcing simulcasts for the spring season, so Digimon should pop up any time now, if they got it. They did get Xros Wars and I think they had Adventure/Tamers up for a bit at one point. I'd be shocked if Funi ended up getting it.

Hilariously enough, the shitty Young Hunters came out first over Xros Wars there.
 
Not sure if this was posted yet, but Koji Wada released a new single titled Re-fly, featuring two new arrangements of Hirari (Savers) and Kaze (Tamers).

I wonder if Re-Fly, which seems connected with what Tri has showed us so far, is an opening, or an insert song.

Once again, Koji proves to be the best.

But those are lame songs, too moody / emo. I think Gouing Going My Soul was much better.

I wanted to say power rangers this whole time but I didn't because I thought it would be way off. He was a guy in a suit in the live action tv series wasn't he?

In regards to the quality, ofc some episodes will be terribad, this is Toei after all. Xross Wars is putting me off from the animation alone.

I do wonder about the budget for this thing though. It looks like a serious project for them.
 
Yeah XW has some QUALITY issues, but man sometimes QUALITY means shit when they do stuff like this. Animation is janky but man seeing OShoutmon wreck shit like he's Masaru's Digimon incarnate was amazing to see.

With that said I am still worried due to well... Crystal as reference.

It would seem that way so I see it as 3 possibilities:

1. It's being released rather late in the spring season (which would be unusual)

2. They know it's going to be delayed and have told the networks. Aka the only people who don't know are the people looking forward to watching it. (The networks that are airing it needs to know in advance so they can plan their schedule accordingly)

3. They haven't told anyone it's delayed because of... reasons and the networks will be pissed at not finding out til the last second.
 
If its delayed, then so be it, but you know what?

I think its still possible for Tri to release soon. This is just shitty marketing as usual. It... just doesnt feel like Digimon is given that much attention.

well I don't have any pressing questions about tri right now. I'll google anything I'm inquiring to myself but I don't see how it'd be wasting others' times by continuing to converse with them about it.

I was referring to your previous post about asking if it's a series or movie - that's not really a point to discuss , its a yes or no question - typing out a response and bumping this thread which people check to see if there's any new info on Tri is wasting time though for such a simple question , even its a only a minute. Sorry if that wasn't clear in my previous post though.

no problem, I got it. I'll do some looking into this stuff.

I guess I thought this was a movie because the poster art reminds me of what the animation was like in the movies. It doesn't look like how it was in the animes, but alas.

He is the Vegeta of Digimon except worse. He got tricked by a flipping tree to nearly kill his "best friend".

Yamato's only redemption is his digimon being cool and can reach ultimate.
