Do you still wash your hands after using the bathroom if you don't touch anything?

Like if you go in to pee and you don't touch anything and maybe flush the toilet with your foot. Do you still wash your hands? I still do but I'm thinking about all the potential saved time

edit: This reminds me of people who ask if they need to shower even if they don't sweat

It feels like the time dedicated to not touching anything could have went to actually washing your hands.

I mean, it takes 10-20 extra seconds.

How would you not touch anything? You don't hold for aim or shake it out after?

Even if I managed to piss successfully without touching anything it would still feel gross to me if I didn't wash my hands. It's just natural instinct

Ah yes, all that potential saved time. If only I didn't have to wash my hands, maybe I could finally finish my novel.

Always wash. Whether or not you touched your bung hole just now, you've definitely touched a bunch of door nobs and cash and phone screens and steering wheels and stair railings and all kinds of things that never get cleaned in the last several hours since you last washed.

I never thought of it that way.

I guess I could just make a separate visit to wash my hands some other time?

It's like putting on a seatbelt. I'm so conditioned to do it that it feels uncomfortable not to. Besides, you're talking about 10 seconds of your day. You can spare it.

I make a mental note of everyone I see at work who doesn't wash their hands before leaving the restroom so that I can be sure to judge them negatively for the rest of time.

You're washing your hands for the benefit of yourself AND other people. You've touched your trousers, underwear and probably your penis. Wash your fucking hands.

NO I don't when I piss. I hate people who wash their hands after pissing. It means they urinated on their hands. How the fuck does that happen?

People who would be grossed out at their cashier not washing their hands after they used the restroom amuse me. Those cashiers have been handling money so I gaurentee you washing hands or not their hands are gross (we don't get a chance to wash out hands while on duty). It's why as a cashier I always wash my hands at each break and after my shift is done.

And why you should just want that fast food employee to wear new gloves when handling your food as they are also handling money.

Money has poop, pee, drugs, blood and who knows what else on it.

Though with most people paying by cards these days at least I handle less money.

Wash before and after.

Before so clean hands touch my dick, after for other people's benefit.

If anything the before is the more important.

Ok. I mean at that point why should anyone ever wash their hands at all? We all touch surfaces with tons of germs all the time what's the point right?

No one cleans after a elephant shits in the wild so why should i clean after my dog shits in your yard.

The only time I don't wash my hands after going to the bathroom is if I wake up in the middle of the night to pee. I just usually forget because I'm barely awake.
