Disclaimer:

The website is put up by Matt Ortega, who served as Clinton’s digital director for communications until he left the campaign in June 2016.

...but... but... I thought he was a maverick outsider who swept into office on behalf of the working man to clean up corruption in Washington!! :(

when you clean up corruption the right way, people wont be sure that you ever cleaned the corruption at all

?

It's just info in case people wonder who made it.
Kinda' good info to have. If the creator has a strong-ish connection to the Clinton campaign there could be content from dubious sources in there. What I saw is looking good though.

He's suffocating the old corruption by introducing his own corruption thereby cleaning the old corruption up.

The fact I was able to scroll to the bottom of that page means there's a whole lot more work that needs to be done on it. Someone needs to start a whole non-profit entity in order to track Trumps corruption going forward.

But why just focus on Trump though? Any verifiable corruption from US politicians should be exposed when possible, otherwise this just comes off as a witchhunt.

Where'd I say to only focus on Trump? That aside, he's about to be the most powerful person in the world. So yes, there should be substantial attention given to him.

Surely there are corrupt politicians in office now, to focus just on Trump gives the impression you(not you personally, the site) only care about corruption when Trump's doing it.

Not sure if serious. In the history of the republic, there has NEVER been a president as corrupt and ethically compromised as Trump. Nobody else comes close.

His cabinet picks are insane. Zero balance, its all big biz. Every aspect of the US government will be bent on providing even more benefit for corporate America, even though wealth distribution in this country is already heavily skewed upwards. Nearly every pick has a pro-corporate slant.

A man with absolutely zero experience in housing for leading HUD because...he's from the hood?

A fossil fuel industry shill and one of the EPA's most ardent foes who is also an avowed climate denier for HEAD OF THE EPA?!!!

A long time chum of Vlad Putin who has massive oil concerns in the Arctic as possible Secretary of State? Or perhaps he'll go with a guy actually convicted for emailing top secret info to his mistress?

A labor chief who opposes raising minimum wage. An education secretary who wants to privatize the entire national school system. A health chief who wants to drastically reduce the governments subsidization of healthcare. An NSA who is basically a Muslim-hating, conspiracy theory promoting nut job, a UN ambassador with ZERO foreign policy experience? The fucking WWE's Linda McMahon as small business admin?

And just for laughs, two known racists in Steve Bannon and Jeff Sessions.

Out of the entire group, Romney and Maddis are the only logical, experienced choices, and even those are iffy.

Anyone who bought the "I'm for the little people" rhetoric was a fucking fool. A bill to slash SS and Medicare, an raise the retirement age has ALREADY been floated. Paul Ryan and his corporate puppet masters have absolute free run.

Why focus on the next President of the United States? I'm not even sure how this is a question. It's hardly a Witchhunt if the witch is dancing naked in the square pulling rabbits out of her arse.

"Yeah but what about that guy sitting on the bench reading the newspaper? he could be a witch!"

Okay. Should I pat myself on the back for finding yet another display of Trump's corruption? Trump is going to namedrop Russia again on Fox News today. Those that need to care simply won't. I think it's time to move past this type of signaling.

These accusations of corruption are identical to the accusations against Hillary from the right. Very little substance, a whole lot of style.

It think it boils down to: "Do I only care about Trump's corruption?".

I'd like to see any corruption exposed, the more powerful the person, the better.

If there was some explanation that the site only has resources to follow Trump, fair enough but I see no indication of that.

He's not just a politician; he's going to be one of the most powerful man on the planet.

That's reason enough.

Also it's not like there's no other sites that's looking to expose other politicians. It's like asking a breast cancer foundation on why just focus on that one type when there are other types of cancer that could also use some funding.

This is magnitudes worse and there actually is undeniable substance to the claims.

I know you're a Trump advocate but man, finally open your eyes. Trump supporters got played like a fiddle. This is not "both sides". This is the furthest we've ever been from that (ridiculous) argument.

Trump is cronyism and big business interests personified. People have been pointing this out for the whole election but his supporters fell for his populist lies.

If this was the only outlet looking to shine a light on corruption in Washington they you'd have a point but it's not, so this discussion is a bit silly. It's okay to expend resources on a single player in a larger playing field, especially when he's going to be the biggest star on the team.

Well if they're a breast cancer foundation, that in itself explains the focus on the type of cancer, otherwise they'd be an X cancer foundation.

The site's just called corrupt.af, a little preface why the focus is just on trump would make the motivations of the site more clear.

Because

He's corrupt as fuck.

Anyone who bought the "I'm for the little people" rhetoric was a fucking fool.

I truly believe this.

The Trump supporter who believed in "drain the swamp" is a complete dupe. They look like the people buying scratch tickets at Seven Eleven at 3am. Rubes. Dupes. Marks. Take your pick of what to call them... Poor, low educated people who loved an angry man saying what they wanted to hear at that moment. But he ain't going to do shit for these people. He's all about enriching himself and his peers.

Corruption should be rooted out wherever it lurks, but it should go without saying why we should be focused on the incoming president of the united states / one of the most powerful people in the world. This is absolutely historical levels of ethical failure.

People with no understanding of democracy

Mmm, just like all the substance to those Hillary claims.

Bzzzzt. I was pretty strongly Hillary.
Let's assume there is substance to both, that would still mean Trump's swamp is magnitudes deeper.

Also, from the posts I've read from you, I would've guessed you're a Trump supporter. Apologies if not.

I don't think he is, but he is definitely a fan of the kind of sociopathic economics typically practiced by Republicans. See him caping for the travesty occurring in Kansas.
