I think Trump is crazy or dickheaded enough to make a press conference and a posting like this, only to announce something other than running for President. Like maybe he's starting a PAC or something and he's using the notion of him running for President to drum up interest.

Occam's Razor dictates, however, that he is running for President again, leaving even people like Santorum and Cruz to go "Oh Jesus, not this shit again."
