Oh hell yeah. Global Elite and supreme master first class (top 2 ranks out of 18) are almost impossible to get into even for the best players because they are exclusively populated with aimbotters/speedhackers. I was 3rd highest when I played (legendary eagle master) and I would play a blatant hacker 1 in 3 games. Fishy wall hacker probably every other game. I do have to admit though that Valve recently released a VAC update that pretty much banned all known hacks.

Oh no :( I liked cs go. The last sentence is good though!

I can't decide what's the best boots for Necrolye. Treads for the stats or phase boots for the nice bonus dmg and, of course, the phase.

Tried them in bot matches today quite a few times, and both give good things to Necro.

Is it just me or can you not destroy items dropped by you or an ally anymore (other than Gems)? I've tried to destroy Branches dropped on the ground ages ago and it said the target couldn't be attacked.

man what the hell happened to people trading items for other ITEMS.

Every fucking trade people seem to think their common/uncommon/rare is worth a key. No, it isn't, goddamnit. Are there no ITEMS these people are interested in a reasonably fair trade for?

So obnoxious.

I talked to one such fellow and he said: I'm saving up. Once I get 38 keys I can get a dragonclaw hook.

How long you been saving? About 6 months.

How many keys you got? 5.

dotabuffs him: 38% pudge win rate with 400 plays

If you want the Chinese voices in your game

Apparently this doesn't change anything but the voices

Can't wait for the Korean one.

Prolly a spike in dumbasses jacking couriers and destroying teammate items.

I think they added in some coding to couriers which don't allow items to be dropped deep into the forest, they are always visible.

seems people don't want to trade items for items because there are just too many items now, so everyone just wants to trade for the items they care about.

"why would i trade x for 3 shitty rares when i already have 20 rares sitting in my inventory?"

Everyone who's been complaining about PL in the last 10 pages is an awful player that makes up the bottom 50% of the matchmaking pool that even new accounts and smurfs can't get into. The hero's perfectly fine, if you're gonna cry about a hero cry about an actual broken hero. (ie. Slark, Bat)

But he has late game.

This game is so ill managed. It's come to the point where I'm lucky if 1 out of 5 games finish without rages and/or DCs.

they should allow us to choose the voices for each hero like mvsc3

How? We have no way to initiate fights, and he's just going to get focused since he activated it to try to run in and RP and won't even get to the position he wants to RP in.

You Skewer into the enemy and RP, its also how you do it on a support Magnus.

Pubs are amazing. Phantom lancer spends the entire first 20 minutes bottle crowing, but instead of sending taking three sips and sending the courier to the fountain and back he forces the courier to follow him for up 2-3 minutes at a time slowly sipping in between creep waves. With this phenomenal regeneration strat he manages to put up treads after 17 minutes and proceeds to spend the next 20 rushing a relic in between dying to lane creeps.

The moral of the story is, don't believe your friend when he tells you he has setup a smurf account for easy stomps. He is a liar. All it does it put trash on your team and queues you up against other people who smurf better.

I'm never picking AM in a pub again. 14 min bfury but my team can never keep their shit together through the midgame, ever. I think my winrate with this guy is like 25% ugh

bro why didnt u carry them they gave u that 14 min bfury dawg

I don't know how any new players manage to get into Dota. Made a new account so I wouldn't trash my winrate playing new heroes and the very first game I played I came up against a smurfing cancer lancer. It was ridiculous. My team had absolutely no idea what was going on and refused to buy any detection, despite the PL and Bounty Hunter on the other team.

It was rough.

Still better than testing heroes on bots, teaches you absolutely nothing.

I don't know what this is a rebroadcast of on the beyondthesummit stream, but I love purge.

"I feel like they need to save for an item instead of buyback" - some guy

"Why's that?" - purge

You still have only 1k HP. If you can't transition to mid-game with 2-3 items you can't fully carry.

I was mostly joking, but with AM sometimes there's very little your team can do. Unless you picked like Tinker/KOTL/Magnus/WR or ultimate turtle heroes, that enemy team can just 5 man deathball your raxx 15-25 minutes in and the AM pick just makes those fights 4v5.

I hope he gets more into casting tournaments. I love his purge plays with... But tournaments are more interesting at the end.

Welcome to a market economy.

Everyone is selling and nobody is buying. Fun economy. This was not a problem in Team Fortress 2. People actually wanted *items* for other items. Sure some wanted keys, but you weren't struggling to find people who wanted to trade for items. Dota2 seems to have simply inherited a bunch of greedy bastards who have nothing but want everything at once.

Maybe you should play for fun. Anticipate a tournament career or something?

I like watching people that are really good. Watched his recent Sven video and he had like 3 last hits at 5 minutes, and they were winning the lane...
