Yup you get one with the first compendium match then as a drop in compendium mm
edit: you can get them in regular mm, but at a much lower rate

The party features are the best part, much more organized than the old "Anyone want to party?" thing in the GAF chatroom, and maybe getting ignored because someone is on a different tab.

I was just in a game with ksan and we were behind early, I had a rough solo offlane as Clinkz against a trilane. Our Sven was a random and not very good. We came back and won it though. Good RPs and pickoffs of Silencer win fights!

I believe the Smeevil stuff and player cards have a higher chance of dropping in Compendium matchmaking (at least for the first time they drop) however you can still obtain them through timed drops on regular MM matches.
