Broodmother
- Incapacitating Bite miss chance from 10/20/30/40% to 30/40/50/60%
- Spawn Spiderlings unit count increased from 1/2/3/3 to 1/2/3/4

Can't wait to feed even more spiderlings to the enemy team.

- Aghanim's Reaper's Scythe causes buyback to be disabled on heroes it kills for that death

ahahaha

That's amazing.

CMs passive mana regen increased
Dazzle - Shallow Grave can now be cast on magic immune allies (lol BKB graved)
DK - Corrosive Breath passive from Level 1 Elder Form now carries over to Level 2 (the DPS)

Timbersaw
- Base Strength increased by 3
- Int growth increased from 1.8 to 2.4
- Chakram initial manacost rescaled from 125/150/175 to 75/125/175
- Chakram move speed increased from 800 to 900

Lich - Chainfrost bounce count increased from 7 to 10
Lifestealer - Open Wounds cast range decreased from 600 to 200/300/400/500
Magnus - Reverse Polarity damaged decreased from 150/225/300 to 50/125/200
Phantom Lancer - Spirit Lance, Dopplewalk, Juxtapose and Phantom Edge illusions damage dealt decreased from 25% to 20%

Bloodstone
- Initial charges increased from 6 to 8
- Can be activated to instantly kill yourself. This will cause it to trigger the AoE heal that always happens when you die with Bloodstone. 300 second cooldown. Targets the ground to be used, to help prevent accidental usage.

Gem of True Sight - Gem can no longer be destroyed

And check this shit. No buyback = New meta
Necrolyte
- If a unit dies under Reaper's Scythe, it will be credited to Necrolyte
- Aghanim's Reaper's Scythe causes buyback to be disabled on heroes it kills for that death

I was about to quote that, I hope that means it carries over to lvl 3 as well.

It would say it did. Slow is better anyways. This is just so people dont pass on level 2 until 15.

Though I did like the strategic choice of tower pushing vs stack farming.

Wait...so I can actually view an item build in match now and select it just by clicking on the items when near a shop? There's a tutorial now?!

Well time to actually try this properly then.

Invoker is slightly buffed, but not in any real meaningful way. Probably still won't see much play.

Huskar removed from CM after changes. Now gets magic resist stacks from Berserker's Blood as well as a lot more attack speed. Loses the bonus damage though.

Lone Druid
- Spirit Bear now has its HP drained by Armlet when active
- Spirit Bear bounty increased from 100 to 300

Finally. Why the bear hasnt been worth a hero kill up until now is baffling. Losing an early bear is a free flying courier or wards now.

Xin, the Ember Spirit has been added to CM so I wonder if he'll get rushed into Dota 2 for TI3
Centaur has also been added back into CM pool
Also Medusa and Huskarr have been removed from CM pool due to changes to their ults

PL illusion damage has been nerfed from 25-20%- don't think it will make too much of a difference

Yup. Bear just got dumped on.

In other news - Lion's Aghs is now ridiculous?

Aghanim's Finger of Death CD decreased from 160/100/40 to 100/60/20

1000 nuke every 20 seconds lol. Not that he's gonna have the mana pool to support more than ~2 if he's using other spells.

this is DOTA 1 stuff right, so its likely we wont see this in DOTA 2 for a long time? especially the new heroes?

Very very interesting changes. Especially the aghs upgrades.

The balance changes are going to come very soon. Probably next week? The new heroes though yes will take awhile

I'm gonna post a few really interesting item changes I found about sight. This stuff is going to have a huge impact on early warding and blocking jungle spawns

Gem of True Sight
- Gem can no longer be destroyed

Observer Ward
- Initial Stock now starts at 1 instead of 2 (max stock is still 2)

Sentry Ward
- Sentry Wards AoE decreased from 950 to 800

Dust of Appearance
- Now stacks in inventory
- Now slows heroes with an invisibility buff on them by 10%

So we now have Ember Spirit and Legion Commander added as required heroes for CM mode.

So if they hope to get all the CM heroes added by TI3 they better hurry on ES. I kind of figured LC would be added to CM mode, what with Valve actively working on her (why would they work on her if she's not comp viable?)

this is DOTA 1 stuff right, so its likely we wont see this in DOTA 2 for a long time? especially the new heroes?

We'll see everything but the new heroes next week. It's probably why the last few patches were light.

The heroes wont make it over any time soon (lots of others ahead of them still), but the rest will be in with in the next week problably.

Its likely youll only get LC and Abaddon. No files for other heroes have been patched in for weeks.

Expect to see the balance update in a week at the latest.

There's so much good stuff in that changelog that even though i wanted Invoker to get a little base damage buff i'm still happy.

We could get it early as this weekend (maybe even tonight who knows) but probably by next week.

New heroes are forever away though. The changes though are asap.

The optimist in me just says that they didn't like people rooting through them, not that we aren't getting more soon :P

We'll see the balance changes next patch I imagine. Heroes will come when they come, though when dota 2 reaches parity with dota 1 I expect any new heroes to come at the same time.

New heroes probably not for awhile. Other stuff if not today, next week's patch.

Mirana - still sad:

Mirana
- Elune's Arrow now deals up to 100 extra damage based on distance the arrow traveled
- Moonlight Shadow cooldown decreased from 160/140/120 to 140/120/100
- Starfall will choose a new target for the second star if the first died before impact

Even with those buffs I don't think it's enough. Perhaps only as support/utility.

So are we gonna see AA mid again? Level 3 ult with Aghs seems fucking huge. Also the Doom aghs is crazy too. Overall i'm liking the new Aghanim upgrades the most.

Skeleton King may see some play now! Some pretty good buffs on him.

And that Silencer Aghs is just cruel.

Spirit Breaker buff is pretty damn strong as well. He's gonna be the bashiest bashlord.

also the additional 10 sec of cooldown on flak cannon is going to have some significant changes on how you use it or at least make you think twice before you use it.
