I had this problem a while ago, just made the .exe run with admin rights and that pretty much solved all my settings not saving issue. Or manually change the .cfg file and put it to read-only mode.

In other news, go watch Sicario if you want to support good cinema and watch a terrific film, totally worth your time.

you have -dx11 in your launch items? I put it in and it caused all sorts of havoc with my graphics settings.

I had problems in the last game I played last night, and was on a US server. Strangely the game didn't stop for bad network conditions, but we still won anyway.
