No they don't, they would be OP as all hell if they were made that cheap. If that were to happen, they would have to have a limited stock. Otherwise supports could just buy sentries all day and deward or cover the lane in detection. Observer Wards and invis heroes would be completely useless. Why buy a Gem when you can just buy a bunch of sentries for that price and put them everywhere?
