They'll make animated shows on any game property these days... Where's my adult swim TF2 series?!

Does it include people slurring and wishing death upon you and your family if you don't play your hero the way they would?

If no then they aren't true to the lore.

Also why an anime meh. Also looks like it will focus on Dragon Knight not the most interesting hero.

I hope there's a homage to the dota russians in the show, otherwise it's not dota.

For those fortunate enough not to know what I'm talking about/don't play dota on the euro server

I hope it's more Dota than just using Dragon Knight (the most boring possible choice) as a main character for some standard fantasy story.

Was it produced in Asia?

Otherwise its just an animated tv show

The style is anime. Doesn't matter where its made unless you are a hardcore weeb.

It's a style, not nationalistic.

Anime means animation. Stop being a weeb.

Meh, Netflix Anime is getting worse and worse.
Though I guess I'd rather have them focusing on videogame and movie adaptations than adapting awesome manga like Dorohedoro with ugly Ps2 CGI.

This must've taken a lot of time to get off the ground. So I guess it's part of some planned cross media effort, the same thing that birthed Artifact and Underlords.
No wonder Valve kept pumping time and money into such failures, what else do they have in store? A DOTA themed MMO?

Not too farfetched, with Riot working on a couple of League of Legends spin-off games. Ruined King, a turn-based RPG, an MMO and what might be a Diablo style action RPG.
