I honestly wouldn't mind seeing them in Super if so. I kind of like the idea of a female villain. At least it seems possible the Demon Realm will have something to do with this next arc.

That new trailer looks great. Animation seems to be better, from what little there is. So hype for the new ep this week. Gonna be amazing having a serious new arc of dragon ball in 2016.

Really hope the anime doesn't have to run some filler episodes so the manga can stay closer to it. That's my main concern.

He is not ruined, I like him even more than before, last episode when he tried to safe trunks while vanishing, that was a marvelous moment. It seems like the Vegeta/Trunks bond is really tight...when was the last time you really saw Goku care about Gohan or Goten....
Correct if anything they've added more depth to him.
It feels right. I think barring Goku stupidity and maybe Videl Toriyamas character work feels natural and it works for me
Toei didn't write Xenoverse or Dragon Ball Online, so what Toei write is a non-factor. My point is that Bardock is the only character that Toriyama didn't create that he put into his manga. Also, the timeframe has Future Trunks in his 30s, which is also way past Super.
Plus, Xenoverse does contradict the manga. It is said that changing the past cannot effect another timeline, it just creates another timeline. Xenoverse tries to get around that by blaming faulty time machines, but such a rule have never been said within the manga. Also, a big contradiction from Dragon Ball Online is that Frieza Forces thought Mr. Satan was the strongest being on Earth and didn't attack until he died, when he know from Resurrection 'F' that they knew Goku was the one who defeated Frieza and was the one they feared. Online also claimed Goku was dying at old age in his 50s or 60s, while Saiyans stay young until they hit 80.

Vegeta is somehow relatable...you believe he feels alien on earth, mainly cause he is an alien...he is clearly different to Piccolo or Goku who lived their whole live on earth...
I doubt it. Dragon Ball always injected humor even in serious situations. People call the Android/Cell Saga the darkest Dragon Ball storyline and we got Mr. Satan and the Frieza Saga gave us the Ginyu Force.
Toriyama even said he doesn't like writing dark material which is why Battle of Gods and Resurrection 'F' were written they way they were. Which is why when people complained about how lighthearted Super is, Toei actually made the retellings of those movies darker compared to the movies. In fact, Toriyama said he made the Champa Saga light because he wanted to break from the intensity of the Battle of Gods and Resurrection 'F' Sagas.

Haven't been this hyped for a new episode of Super since Vegeta's family vacation all the way back in episode two.
As mentioned above, new comic relief family man Vegeta is the best Vegeta.
Toei seem to be spending the Zeni for the next episode it seems. Is it really too much to ask for the series to look that good all the time? I'll also gladly take that new music, really nice stuff.

Virtually no other on going show looks like that all the time.
There has only been one exception with Hunter X Hunter remake, and that's because it was not really on going, they started airing when they had a lot of finished episodes coupled with a really good schedule and rotation of staff. The manga was already very far ahead, they took all the time they needed to polish the episodes.

Nah, I like the "pride of the lion" vegeta from Z better. There was so much energy coming from his character. This is lacking now.

Majin Vegeta was awesome thats true...but isnt that where it started? He became much more aware that he has a family and is a family man...
It existed in z as well (Inside buu's stomach). In super, they tend to go overboard with it and completely deconstruct his character. He is now a clown. All he needs is a red nose and floppy shoes.
They also do the same thing with goku. It is like every chance they get, they make him look like a complete nincompoop. Goku isnt THAT stupid. Totally different from z where goku wasnt always a raging imbecile.

Yeah but this way he got a shining moment with his son again...lets pretend it happened the other way around, Goku coming there first and being copied...Goku wouldnt have that much of an reaction towards Goten being absorbed as far as we know...

I think it's a good development for him after what he did after the Buu saga. He became Majin Vegeta out of his lust for power and the need to beat Goku, but it got him nowhere. He lost his family, and earth got destroyed. When earth and its inhabitants were restored, his pleas to pitch in for Goku's spirit bomb were ignored because he was hated.
The Buu saga was where Vegeta's arc as the bad guy completely ended. Being the bad guy only makes things worse, not just for himself, but everyone around him too.
It's only natural he's lightened up in Super.

Considering Pilaf and sorbet seemed surprised about the 3 wishes and the dragon being remodeled when they revived frieza. They might have made their wish before the androids. So. they would be younger in both timelines

Perfect description. Vegeta, Trunks and Future Trunks should go Planet Salada after that Arc and visit Cabba and finally found that Super Saiyan Training Center
