Ribrianne fires her trump card - the Aidama - onto Jiren, who after a fierce stand-off, redirects it at her. The attacks engulfs her, and she disappears. Just as her universe is to give up on her, Ribrianne emerges from nothing surrounded by a flaming pink aura. All the gods are shocked, and Beerus sweatingly proclaims: "..Ultra Feelings..."

Yep stronger now trust us is probably the best description for the so call power escalation in Dragon ball, since none of the on screen feats looks anymore impressive than they did in Z despite the characters supposedly being billion times stronger now
But the first Super Saiyan form was exactly that, haha.

Well, what's cool about Ultra Instinct, and yes it's the most awesome transformation Goku has ever undergone next to the original Super Saiyan transformation, is that it focuses on making Goku more powerful in a more distinct, narrative supported fashion that is separate from just giving Goku significantly larger power levels.
Goku's body gains a new kind of power that makes his individual body parts move and react independently of one another. Everyone of his movements, defensive abilities, and even offensive capabilities, are now significantly faster and more potent as a result of this new power. Obviously he's also getting a monstrous boost in power like he's gotten from all other new transformations, but this time it's coming with more of a story beyond it just making him way stronger. It also introduces some cool new twists to his fighting style. His movements look so unreal.

I don't know. It could be. However, it could also be Goku's body responding to Jiren releasing a significant portion of his ki, designed to force Goku back, but Goku's body was reacting and putting him in the best position possible to attack and defend.

Exactly. It's the coolest thing they've done with Goku since the original SSJ. It actually feels like something new and beyond the SSJ state, like Gohan's ultimate form did.
The change in movements and fighting style, the eyes, the aura, the no bullshit Terminator behavior, all sold the hell out of it. Even in SSJ he still talked, he was just pissed off. When he was in UI he just plain didn't give a fuck, words were irrelevant.
They've been really vague this time around.

Will be weird seeing adult Pan next to child Goten and Trunks.
And all of them are weaker than base Goku.
I thought Ribrianne would be a lot stronger. She's been looking really weak these last few episodes.

If Super doesn't end with Pan defeating the final big bad villain, I'm burning it all down.
