I don't like how people are talking about Jiren being particularly arrogant when he is pretty dang modest when it comes to the current DB STRONG character. He's more confident, less arrogant.
Goku is easily more "arrogant" than him.

It's more "this shit is weak" which is confidence yeah and a little bit of overpowering personality.
He literally thinks he is on another plane above everyone else (and he's right).
Let that sink in. An antagonist who is actually right. They ARE stronger than everyone else, as opposed to the roster eventually getting up to the power level to beat them.
Right out the gate everyone is no contest.
