Not really, people bitch enough about having nothing to do.
These are two different issues.
Event planning is bad. Too many things at the same time, and then periods where nothing worthwhile is going on.
Then, people still have nothing to do if they spend their entire stamina bar doing 2 or 3 runs of an event, and then wait half a day for it to refill.

Nope, It clearly stated 19 tickets when I checked my gift box, and It seems I'm not the only one having problems either. And I did buy stones from the shop as well. Some people didn't get any despite playing longer than myself and earning and spending more stones. And some didn't recieve any pulls at all after using a ticket
Really loving 1/2 stamina today, and thank you all for leaving your Gods up. Beerus used to give me such problems, but Gogeta lead, Buuhan friend, and some INT stunners/blockers make it a long, but safe and easy, battle. I need... so many medals from this. 3 for the SR who's finally Max SA, 10 for the new SSR TEQ I pulled, and 7 for the androids (really 14 but... eh...). So that's a minimum of 20 I need to farm, 27 total, and 34 total for real. Thank god it's easy now!

Yeah normal stamina costs are insane. 50 stamina for 1 run is completely ridiculous.
Also kinda gonna walk back what I said about PHY being bad. Decided to try Golden Frieza on Super with a Black friend (used dupe system but only free paths, so no crit) and kind of destroyed the event. Black is a total beast and the dupe system makes him and Broly strong enough to overpower it. Black is nuts and I want him real bad now...

Maybe I should try to stun him in that form? Because that's where I have problems... I actually need medals only for trunks&goten, so 6 win runs, I'm at 2 wins but I'm spending too much items (and a couple of stones for continue...)
I need to do a lot better or give up for now.

If you've got the INT units, Beerus is a cakewalk too. As I kind of outlined above, Buuhan friend is a must, SA10 if you can find it.
I lead with Gogeta for his ability and +3 ki.
Bring along SuperStrike Android 16 for blocking, Jaco and General Blue for stunning. Then some hitters/defenders if you have them. I have Janemba, but the WT Piccolo can block too. And then I brought the INT SSJ Goku who links with Gogeta for ki, and also changes AGL to INT for some better orbs.
I find each time I run through with this team, I use 1 Senzu, and most times it's just me being cautious. If you don't have Gogeta, just find some INT Ki booster, preferably someone who links with Buuhan well.

Gotenks and Golden Frieza events aren't too much trouble with my Omega team. I can't 0-item them, but it's usually just a senzu or two.
I managed to grind out 77 vegito medals yesterday. I'll probably get to 77 gotenks today. It's cool that the end is in sight for my first LR.

INTgeto can certainly work as a ki booster. At 25 stamina, it's worth it to try! Bring ghost usher (helps to stop his fury), some healing items, and give it a go. Just don't gem for it, you need a lot of medals and it's not worth it in the long run if your team isn't ready

My opinion:
Gogeta's definitely you're best pull if you didn't have him before. We're in a month of daily rotating, half stamina, dokkan events. So this is time best time to grab all the medals you need. Gogeta, Cell, Janemba should all be doable with a simple enough team. Would need to know your box before giving ideas on teams
Crit vs double attack is dependent. I believe Crit wins on most account, I'm still figuring that out myself
I'm alternating story and some of the medal events to get the most of the stamina before I level up. The story is starting to get harder than I expected around stage 19, I'm forced to use some items unfortunately, I don't know how long I'll be able to go with my shit team.
While it's good to have Black, he has zero synergy with pretty much all of my other characters x.x (Super TEQ SSR Goku, STR SSR 18, SSR PHY Tekka, SSR PHY Whiss, SSR TEQ Pikkon).

crit is the way to go for any character who's supposed to do damage (which is pretty much any character you'd use the dupe system on).

It's as if they are trying to make people refill stamina with ds.

Does anyone actually do that tho outside of WT / LR Goku grinds? For the most part all that accomplishes is having nothing to do quicker than otherwise.

Ain't gonna lie I think I had two or three tickets where nothing happened. My box was full so I'd hit single pull, press okay on the baba but nothing happened. I was watching a show while doing it and figured i hit cancel instead or something. If others also didn't get summons for tickets then it wasn't my imagination. I wonder if they can tell how many didn't get used and compensate accordingly
Edit: my favourite thing about the combo node that has a chance at a super, is it activating a super when I didn't have enough orbs to perform a super <3

Did a yolo against golden freeza z-hard with my mono str and did fine until I saw that his 3rd form is agl and got destroyed.
2nd try I took mono-teq and did much better, though that first round with the 2 INT enemies is still a bitch, which in the end made me use all my items.
Any better tactic for this? I don't feel like burning through items for 2 medals each run.
Edit: running beerus will prolly be a pain in the ass too because of my garbage INT cards.

I think it's INT Gohan. Raises attack when supering and gives himself ki so you don't have to waste a lot of orbs on him. He also has shocking speed which means he links with Buuhan, Jenemba, Piccolo and eventually LR Gohan.

Mono INT is actually the best one to use vs Golden Frieza. But you can use Mono AGL too if you have SV. Mono TEQ works if you have Pikkon and Whis to lower his attack.

You actually have some good INT villains. Its really too bad you don't have Buuhan for the mono lead.

Friend SA 10 Buuhan SS
Keep up the Shocking speed people next to each other.
I recommend Buuhan friend with Piccolo for that defense buff and healing.
Janemba and Eins for defense and damage.
Rotate Trunks and Goku out along with Freiza.
Of course this depends on you awakening them all and maxing out their levels.

Haven't really played in a couple months; just logging in to see if there's anything cool and for the login bonus.
Ended up with 27 tickets for the 150m Summon. I didn't realize there'd be so much junk in it... Somehow came away with INT Janemba (dupe), STR SS3 Goku (GT) and STR SS3 Vegeta, but everything else was Rs and bad SRs.
That new upgrade system is neat, as well as the elder kai multi summon. I buffed the crap out of SV, since he seems to be on every team I make.
Now I'm sitting on about 50,000 baba currency and 80 million zenny with nothing really to do.
Ended up with 27 tickets for the 150m Summon. I didn't realize there'd be so much junk in it... Somehow came away with INT Janemba (dupe), STR SS3 Goku (GT) and STR SS3 Vegeta, but everything else was Rs and bad SRs.

You should pickup the Strike Android 16. That + Janemba + WT Piccolo would give you three tanks. Along with Eis Shenron's atk reduction and a friend Buuhan's heal, you would win any TEQ event through attrition. It may take long, but it would be difficult to lose.

Edit: oh I also haven't spent any INT orbs yet, so I'm sure I have enough to at least complete the free nodes, any recommendations? I was thinking janemba or piccolo for even higher def.

Don't do that, it's a waste. Defense scales very very poorly, you'll barely see any returns. And since they're not damage dealers either, you won't see much return from buffing them that way either. I'd say hold on to your INT orbs until you get something better, that's what I'm doing since I'm largely in the same boat with my INT deck.
I ended up spending orbs on WT Piccolo just to boost his super to make wrecking Gotenks go quicker.
This event is spoiling me. About to get my 10th Beerus medal, should have time for a few more before the day is done. It also is amazing because they're all typed days, so people with more than one god have them set as leader. I haven't had to refresh for a Buuhan all day!

I feel you man, I've been picking mostly the middle path cause I thought I'd have a medium/large orb crisis but it turns out that wasn't gonna be my problem lol
100% this. Just because you don't, or nobody in this thread does, doesn't mean it doesn't happen. Without some of the reddit threads or people revealing their ticket counts you probably would never have known that some people spend upwards of $1k USD on this game. Shit's crazy.
