Nah, not even close.
So, made some progress with the ENB and no Hydra was harmed in 8 hours of gametime.
I really hope that some artists will work on textures mods.
Is this one of those common post but don't share thing again? Share please!
Is this something we can do or wait for an update?

I have an STX, and I have tried every single setting I could with the card. I've also updated the drivers to both the card and my video card, as well as making sure not to install Nvidia's HD sound (which has never been an issue since it's not a factor unless selecting anything other than the STX for sound). I haven't had any volume issues, but I have constant crackling or popping every 6s - 10s or so when moving around. It's driving me nuts. The last time I had an issue like this was in '98, and it was a motherboard issue. That's not the case this time.
Just gotta get a god mode mod and you're all set!

This is actually being done in pursuit of a "no fall damage" mod but I'm having a heck of a time finding the right value to tweak.
It does look really, really nice. Some minor downsampling + SMAA gives some great IQ. I recommend using Lanczos scaling if you want to have a really crisp image.
I'm like level 35 and I'm only on the Griffin Hunt / Trial section of the main quest and there's not much better than say, the DLC snake arm thing yet. Haven't been grinding but have been doing as many (story) quests as I can and exploring a lot.

How do you apply this to Reshade or GeDoSaTo? talk to me like I'm 5.
I'm using Sweetfx right now to get rid of the yellowing and to make the game look better. Do you recommend using GeDoSaTo instead? or stick with what I'm using. (disclaimer: What I got look pretty good right now, but I thought GeDoSaTo might look better?)

I have crackling issues as well, though not as frequently as you. No dedicated sound card in my setup.
Sorta off-topic, but what are you all using to record gameplay? I'm using shadowplay, but all my playback has several moments of stuttering. I've got like 10 videos, and none of them are solid, even though my actual gameplay performance in-game was just fine.

the lion arm I'm still using at lvl 30, but I found a replacement chest piece on a mainline quest that was superior and the store is selling comparable armor now
But yeah, the stuff is hardly overpowered. The early game hurdles (bandit group by the large rock on the way to the witch hunt, ogres) will still wreck you if you're not on top of your game.

Is there a way to tell an npc you are escorting to stay in one place? This old man keeps running into the middle of battles and dying like an idiot.
Also this game needs a way to load last save instead of just last checkpoint. You either have to die to do it or exit to the menu.

I was worried maybe it was just nostalgia that made me want this game on PC -- wrong.
I was also a little concerned that the "wolves hunt in packs!" meme was the best. Turns out if you are not on team "human bones that move on their own!" then you lose. Maybe visit Bitterblack more.

So Steam wants to suddenly mark my game as Uninstalled even though I was playing it a few hours ago.

Game runs a couple degrees hotter than most of my games. A little strange since it's not demanding and I have my framerate capped.
Go to your c drive then go to "users" then go to (might be your name or pc name) then appdata then local and you are there
It shouldn't. It just won't know they are there. "Install" one of the games again to the same place as before and it should discover the folder with all your games and they'll be back to playable.

I'm using an ENB with Sweetfx and my Sweetfx toggle nor taking screenshots with the effect enabled works. The actual effect is applied (so both are working in conjunction).
Anyone know the fix? I'd like to be able to take screenshots.

Need some tips for mystic knight build, which skills should I buy? My Arisen is lv19 but I think I didn't buy many useful skills (I spent way too much for Fighter action skills/core skills)

I checked my Steam folder and everything was gone. I don't understand it as it's never happened but maybe my hard drive is dying or my shitty power supply is ruining things.

No they overwrite the previous one. Exception is the Mystic Knight's Dark Anguish, which is a separate self only enchant that adds Shadow damage on top of whatever you're doing(also adds length on your weapon and creates small shockwaves when you do stuff that stagger at melee range).

Really depends on what you want to do and the rest of your team. If you have a mage, don't bother with enchants. If you want to play more caster/ranged build, you want Magic Cannon+Compass Slash(and the upgrades obviously) on your sword, with the 3rd skill being one of the 2 sigils(one does damage, the other pulls stuff together for aoes) or a sword skill of your choice. For the shield you want Holy Aid and then counters for the elements you prefer. Might want an enchant if your mage is being derpy about buffing you for the cannon, or if you prefer having the mage buff the rest of the team with a certain element while you do another.
For a more melee oriented build, or less cheesy, you'd drop Cannon and get another sword skill and one of the counters for Dark Anguish(might want it even in a caster build tbh but whatever).

It also makes it waste of time trying to grind that quest out early. Before there was an awesome reward and benefit to unlocking the merchant early because the Berserk sets were really good. Now it's another quest

You gain stats based on the class you are when you level up, it's automatic.
Basic stats are gained on level up.
At certain inns and camps you get to spend the points you're earning on skills. Not the first town's one, but most of the ones after that allow you to do so.

This game is so good. I can't think of another action RPG that feels this good to play. This game needs to set the standard for all RPG combat. I don't think I can go back to another Elder Scrolls game mashing right trigger to kill enemies...

Access inventory by pressing I? I think is the default. Then use curatives like the greenwarish.
