Surely and has ever been this way.
At least you're honest about that I guess.

It's a politicians trick to avoid a straight answer. If you make a claim and it's challenged, answer directly. Shit, he even quoted the question.
And FWIW - the past tense of 'shit' is 'shat' not 'shitted'. Or indeed 'shi**ed'.
This lol.Ill just say this. Both forza horzion and Driveclub look boring as shit to me.
But I don't jumping into threads comparing them to Need for speed rivals.
Corridor racing! It also has waist-high rails!
Other circuit games have similar mechanics c0de. Maybe not as fast as the 3 sec timer, but they'll reset you on the track all right.
Outside of people who can't play racing games, ie. game journalists.
Most Forza Horizon posters really coming off as incredibly obnoxious in Driveclub threads when I look at them lately to be honest. And I don't even bother reading half the DC threads that pop up either :/
I liked it better when most were (rightly) calling foul on this game being 30fps even after the delay, but those posts seemed to vanish overnight once FH2 was revealed to be 30fps as well. What a shock.
Also, "corridor racing" might just be the dumbest phrase I've read with regard to gaming since "Feel of 60fps".
Yes, similar, for sure. Falling off the track in Mario Kart you are also set back on track, sure.
Perhaps I "played" it wrong at Gamescom as I thought I could go and explore the surrounding a little bit and the game didn't allow me to do that.
Either way I think the timer is a bad choice for this game and will stand by this opinion.
It's amazing how bad a lot of them are.
I can't wait to see complaints about corridor football games next. Why can't I leave the field and go drive cars in the parking lot?
The frame rate for Horizon 2 was known even before it was announced. What are you talking about? All these 30fps racers are making you crazy, bro.
I do agree that corridor racer is just silly. Really, be ashamed whoever came up with that chestnut.
Since when do you go exploring on circuit base racing games ?
At least you're honest about that I guess.
So was this uploaded somewhere or something?
Except its future tense...
He will do something and people will be shitting on him for it, or he will be shitted upon for it.
I can't wait to see complaints about corridor football games next. Why can't I leave the field and go drive cars in the parking lot? Sorry I missed the live stream, but looking forward to trying out the PS+ edition before deciding on a full purchase.
Since when do you go exploring on circuit \track base racing games ?
Are there seriously people complaining that this racing game takes place on race tracks.
My god.
Nope, still 'shat'. As in 'he will be shat upon'.
'Shitted' just isn't right godammit.
I think the new videos here are from the guy that was doing the stream: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEM80qfkyWLYfN3XOZ4NRww

The thread that keeps on giving.I can't wait to see complaints about corridor football games next. Why can't I leave the field and go drive cars in the parking lot?
No, that's the PS+ edition.
The twitch streamer had the full version, also he was banned from twitch over 12 hours ago yet this thread is still going. Give it a rest.
Could you elaborate on that ? I know opinions are subjective but I'm genuinely interested in what you mean with 'sterile' ?

Me? Ever since I owned Daytona USA.
Which you gladly picked up.
Like it looks like what you'd see if you were taking a virtual reality test to improve your driving. The graphics are nice, but the world itself is just kind of there to me. Nothing about it pops out. The ui is cold and to the point, like no flavor to it.
The snow track looks better than the night track, but it's still just kinda 'eh' to me.
You just say troll or wanna kick off of this thread to anyone who says anything bad about DC.
I love fanboyism.
I mentioned FH2 not for being the competence, but for being a good example of clean IQ that DC dont have.
I have said FH2 as I could have said any PC game with MSAA x8.
God, you are always ready to get on arms.
Nope, still 'shat'. As in 'he will be shat upon'.
'Shitted' just isn't right godammit.
ExactlyDriveclub threads are like you're on an elevator to the racing heavens, but on the way up half of the people getting on are farting before they leave on the next floor.
No, you generally don't play a racing game to "explore the surrounding a little bit". You don't have time to do that because well it's a race.
Your post history tells me you will indeed.

Like this I guess?
Its a metaphor...![]()

Corridor racing is a good one.
I'm interested in a corridor 2d platformer next. Tetris is a corridor puzzle game!
Which was lifted from your post. You should be glad, for what its worth it's a great OT title.
Driveclub lOTl Corridor racing at it's finest
So it is wrong to find out in a demo or to be curious which amount of detail the surrounding has in a game much praised for graphics?
Ah, the almighty post history card to officially and publically denounce people, that's all that was missing. You are a pro-user *thumbs up*.
Its a metaphor...
Corridor racer is amazing. Just amazing. DriveClub OT now has to have something referencing the fact that it's the premiere corridor racer on the next-gen!
Yeah, but Gameboy wasn't capable of open world puzzle games so I think it's not that bad.
You'd think you'd learn your lesson after losing your sponsors.

Oh, DC has details, a lot more details than FH2 actually. But you don't need to explore the surrounding to see them.
Well that would be one true next generation feature i guess, something that clearly cant be done on last gen. ATM fh2 and dc and 90% of the games this tear are games that could have easily been done on last gen minus the graphics of course. So all games now should be open world or bust?
