Drive club takes place in a world where everyone is throwing their plastic bags on the streets. What a disgrace for the environment.

lol

Can't wait for this:

Referring to both weather and photo mode.

We should tweet that to Rushy, add a colorblind option for players like you.

I remember DICE added that on BF3.

Yeah I had contemplated that.

I'm not colorblind so forgive my ignorance, but haven't other games figured out pretty easy solutions to this? It has to be frustrating that these simple implementations are missing.

Sometimes games use patterns along with the colors. Some also have a colorblind mode which will, for instance, change green and red to blue and green or blue and red. Or voices for corners (which I wouldn't really like).

Anyone else feel this game has some of the best tracks ever put in a racing game? Just did one of the Canada tracks, I think a reverse one, which was downhill the majority of the track and quite long to boot. Suffice to say, just sublime. The back drops, awe inspiring scope, visuals, details, foliage, choice of corners, elevation changes, extreme speeds etc. Magnificent stuff.

I was thinking the same thing in the shower. The track design trumps the visuals.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zZJGYorOn9k&feature=youtu.be - I stupidly forgot that I had sound through the controller, so.. Yeah silent video :(

Wrong car dude... But whatever, I'll switch cars. Should be able to smash that, I was tried and a little drunk when i set my last time. But who knows maybe that is when I am best haha.

ok managed 3:36:9
the lotus is faster than the Aston on this Norsk track. Accel and handling trumps top speed.

Single event drifting is fucking rad. Put that shit at night and you start feeling like you're the DK lol. M5 is great for drifting.

The guy that was complaining about drifting should really check it out. It's pretty damn awesome.

The tracks are the soul of DriveClub. And nothing else out there has em.

What is this I don't even...
We're in a whole nuther dimension and nothing makes sense anymore.

They're great. The way some of them build...sogood

Hows the connectivity tonight? Couldnt play, Was busy eating at a nice steakhouse, drinking wine, and shaking Joel Embiid's hand (3rd overall pick in this years nba draft, he was at the restaurant and he is f@cking tall as shit lol)

First world problems :)

Sounds like leaderboards are becoming functional so now i can waste hours chasing times i cant beat :/

The question I am asking myself is why did Sony allow a game with no working online and several major advertised features out the door? Polyphony Digital was able to spend years and years getting their game right. Just seems odd.

Polyphony Digital does whatever they want. Evolution doesn't have that luxury just yet. When PD and Naughty Gods say "whenever we damn well please", Sony simply listens.

I have a sealed copy sitting there looking at me... I'm so conflicted as to whether or not I should open it. Reading everyone's impression is not helping...

Is the game repetitive ? Do you get bored easily of the tracks ?

I play casually, so I'm sure I'll be fine. Double checking just to make sure :)

P.S: The last racing game I loved was PGR4. I feel old now...
