DVD Verdict has what looks like all of the Pink Panther films listed, but no images for box art show up at Amazon. I'm guessing these releases were meant to coincide with the Steve Martin remake that's now been delayed--don't know if the DVDs have been delayed as well.

Television: 3rd Rock from the Sun S1, Brady Bunch S2, Cold Feet S3, Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman S6, Enterprise S2, Gilligan's Island S3, Mary Tyler Moore S2, Mike Hammer Private Eye Complete (this is not the original Stacy Keach series, but the second Keach series on another channel), Remington Steele S1, Silk Stalkings S3.

Matrix

LeBron loves his girlfriend. There is no other woman in the world he’d rather have. The problem is, Dwyane’s not a woman.
Might get Steamboy.

Oops, I totally forgot about Genshiken. Mainly because I saw it at Best Buy about a week ago. :lol

I've been seeing it at Best Buy for weeks now, but I'd rather pay $16 for it, so I ordered from DDD.

Nexflixxxing the two Suzuki Criterions and probably the Upside of Anger. Might just end up buying that one, though, Need my Costner fix! Bonus points: it's actually a great movie.

The Jerk

Doc Holliday

SPOILER: Columbus finds America
Bought steamboy friday...Visually one of the most impressive films ever. The sequences towards the end are mind boggling. The story however is not up to par with the rest of the film.

hopefully they'll release the tv series too

do i need to watch the live action series to understand the movie? is the live action version as funny as the anime?

I'll probably end up buying The Jerk.

"He hates the cans!" - :lol

Honestly though, I've been buying way too many DVDs anymore. Every week I'm buying between 5-15 of 'em and currently I've got about 800 and I'm running out of room to store them all. Hell, I have some that I still haven't gotten around to watching. Just this morning I took a trip over to Best Buy for no particular reason and ended up walking out of there with the Almost Famous bootleg, The Others, and The Day of the Jackal. I'm not even sure why I picked these up. It's not like I've been looking for them. I'm just throwing away money.

I gotta try to go a week and not buy a damn DVD.

I'll probably get this, but it unfortunately sounds like it's missing some of the stuff from the Toy Box set that I really wanted to see (the ABC interstitials in particular).

How is the Death Cab film? What's it about?

It's a documentary about the band during the Transatlanticism tour, caught it at the Seattle International Film Festival. Fairly interesting piece, but you'd really have to be a big fan to consider owning it. Better off as a rental if not.

Is this on some ways a bit superior to the deluxe Toy Story 1+2 set that I missed out on a few years back?

new making of's, special features, better picture. Boasting the highest bitrate ever for a Pixar dvd in fact so it should be quite the performance boasting dvd. Basically, it's a 2-disc special edition, where as the other was 1 disc, and 1 special features disc for BOTH Toy Story 1 and 2. This is all about the original and it's impact, as well as including a preview for Cars which I'm really eager to see. Seems to be the definitive collector's choice and especially valuable to anyone interested in the roots of feature film CG animation.

I missed out as well on the last outing before the vault, so I'm hyped for this. But that is complete bullshit to anyone who bought the other dvd's. Especially considering the Toy Story movie went in the damn vault. That thing doesn't open! Oh, and Toy Story 2 also has it's own special edition coming out in December reportedly, to add more fuel.
