Eric P said:This is, without doubt my most anticipated game for the xbox 360 launch window.
my roommate and i would play the living hell out of morrowind on xbox and we loved it, bugs and all.
Unfortunately we never really got into the GotY edition when it was released, most likely because we played the original so much.
Seriously considering a TV upgrade for next gen everytime screens for this or PGR3 come out.
Odysseus said:I really wish Bethesda would give me a third person perspective with a third person control scheme. I'd like to be excited about this game, but I just couldn't get past the perspective/controls long enough in Morrowind to give it a fair shake.
Unless you mean you totally lost interest in anything morrowind..

that's probably the least bloom you'll see in a game next generation...Straightballin said:To much light bloom. I hate light bloom.
Wow, this screen looks amazing:MbGCaM said:

though our obsession never hit the "steal every pillow in the game and make a fort" level. :lol

See the back of the creatures? That should be self-shadowed by the big thing on their head..

Jealous?
Ah, good to hear. That'll make a nice improvement in the visuals. A lot of the other stuff looks to be in place already, but the shadows throw it off. PEACE.SteveMeister said:We haven't released any screenshots with shadows turned on.

1. Does the grass sway?
2. Does the grass react to characters moving through it?
3. Do the trees sway?
4. Is there a day/night system?
5. Is there a weather system or are certain areas just sunny/rainy/etc...?
Thanks to anyone who can answer. Even just a couple 'YES's will get me really excited.
Tis' I also wonder.Mejilan said:Just out of curiosity, Steve... any idea how the PC and Xbox 360 versions will look, when compared to each other?
For that matter, will Oblivion even run well on a P-4 HT 3.8hz with an ATI Radeon XT 850X?
