The Hit Box fightsticks do something like that, if I remember correctly, and there are guides out there on how to mod your stick to make it like one of those things.

I think Viscant said that this would be 2/3, but they'd "get into that" in a minute. It would make even less sense to switch mid-pool, and they already said that this is still the 8am pools, so I'm guessing once these are done they're going to switch for 3/5 for the 10am pools.
