And THAT is why Jigglypuff is played. He can chase you waaaaaaaaaay further and way longer off the stage to gimp you compared to most of the cast. He recovers well and he can maneuver well. All you need are fundamentals on movement and good reads to make this guy scary because he is so strong at getting around and chasing you during your recovers.
