Man these Gundam (and Virtual On even) games look like they model Gundam battles pretty well but feel like they'd be frustrating to play with everyone moving and shooting at the same time. That was my experience with VOOT, anyways, lock-on combat feels like a game of shimmying more than anything.

Nerfed Cr,MP while reverting Birdie's( Capcpom's logic).
Jump normals was heavily nerfed now that 99% of the cast can light AA him
V-Reversal distance was nerfed while having a huge recovery on it.
Lack a 3f ground normal

His "buffed" dash actually made him lose his oki off a Genocide.
The push back medium scythe is not as good as S1.

Nash requires a lot of work to get results. And Infil kept jumping and lost
