Those complaints aren't suppose to be gold stars. How is he still on track for promotion?
These are the same assholes who turned their backs on their mayor. Of course the biggest assholes get promoted first.

So who's going to come out and defend this bullshit?
Cop should be fired and looking at assault charges.
He looked like the least threatening black man on Earth when they tackled him. Rocking polos and chinos on his Dreams-Visions shit. Lookin up the next CHVRCHES album on Spotify. Just came back from sippin some green tea. Waiting on the wall to meet the young white man who taking his daughter out to prom.
He was just standing there! There is no reason to throw him to the ground like that
Turns out that officer, identified as James Frascatore, has been sued four times, in separate ongoing civil cases, accusing him and other officers of using excessive force during false arrests,
Diggs said the officers involved, including Frascatore, lied under oath. Hines sued the city for false arrest and settled out of court for $22,500.
He called me the n-word. He used excessive force for no reason, like he has a temper problem.
The cop accused of body-slamming former tennis star James Blake during a mistaken arrest has a checkered past that includes five civilian complaints in just seven months and two excessive-force lawsuits.
Officer James Frascatore, 38, joined the NYPD four years ago and was on track to become a detective despite his short but spotty record on the job, police sources said Thursday.
Last year, WNYC radio revealed the five complaints filed against Frascatore with the Civilian Complaint Review Board noting that it was more complaints than get lodged against 90 percent of cops during their entire careers.
Honestly I'm torn, sure on one hand he's black. But I mean he doesn't look 100% black black. They probably thought he fit the description of a white guy and tackled him. I think we need to stop thinking everything is about racism, like racism is never going to go away if we keep bringing it up every time something happens to someone. I mean maybe if the black community had better leaders and were in better shape, then blacks who are good people wouldn't be punished for the blacks who are bad crime. I think we need to dismantle our race based views in this country, stop seeing things as "black people this" or "white people" that and start seeing ourselves as once race the American race. Not to sound racist, but my best friend is black and even he agrees that black on black violence is the real problem in the black community, that and rap music glorifying money does black youth no good. Not to say it's black people's fault, they've been dealt a shitty hand in life, but slavery was 400 years ago, they gotta get over it. I personally don't see color. Black people also aren't helping matters by inconveniencing others by "protesting" and waging a war on cops.
TL;DR - If you're not breaking the law you have nothing to worry about. Race has nothing to do with it. America is pretty much post racial. This is what Bernie Sanders is trying to fix, our class and economic problem. Vote for Bernie

Yep. Pretty sickening. Another thing is the officer is in plain clothes. If somebody did that to me I'm fighting back. Unbelievable restraint.
This guy would be too outlandish for The Shield.
So how did we go from five white guys beating him down to one?
Reading some noise on fb about how the media has been unfair here. At least i think thats what they were trying to say. "Oh look, it was one white cop and not five as originally reported. Go figure!"
What if James Blake really stole the ring and is laughing his ass right now ?
wtf. He absolutely should be fired.![]()
Holy shit! That's terrible. Literally doing nothing.

I mean..was his casual stance too much for the officer to take? I hate skinny jeans too, but this is just ridiculous..![]()

Not even a "Sir, you're under arrest" before the Irish whip and turnbuckle slam.

LOLCop probably got his girl stolen by some Al B Sure looking dude
Even if he was the guy who was guilty of the crime they're asserting, you just don't roll up and do that shit. Even the criminal they mistook him for deserved better.
Blake knows cops are racist assholes so this is almost like entrapment. Right? Yass/sWhat if James Blake really stole the ring and is laughing his ass right now ?

Yeah they did. I guess there's some resemblance but also as a black guy myself, the only things Blake and the perp have in common are that they are slim, light skinned guys with bald heads and 5 o'clock shadow.Did they release the mugshot off the "strikingly similar" looking perp yet *rolls eyes*
People always say its just a few bad apples, but why aren't police officers and especially the union comming forward and condemning such behavior by cops?
Not only in this case, there are cases where police officers make the wrong choices on a daily basis but I never see cops collectively condemning it, instead they are often defending the cops who did wrong.
I you really stand behind this #NoAllCops stuff you need to call the bad ones out and actively work towards sorting them out. Unless thats happening I'm more on the side of there beeing only a few good apples instead of only a few bad apples.
